Bloem Spa Hotel & Conference

I was there for one night. The bed was rock solid and not comfortable. The TV belongs in a museum! The channels were blurry, as if someone needed to go outside and adjust the aerial just to get a better signal. If the business can’t install a DSTV then buy cheap smart TV and your visitors can log in to their DSTVs(think about those who are traveling with children)

An affordable place with friendly staff, great food and facilities.

Kitchen staff handling was top notch

Risk of hijack at the main gate.. Service from operator with the 082 number was horrible.. We waited 30 mins to be let in after informing hotel of a late arrival check-in

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and polite.

The shower drain blocked and flooded the room and hallway, the food was very poor, the fridge buzzed so loud that I had to unplug it to sleep and the beds were uncomfortable.

Breakfast, the room was clean and i loved the fact that staff went all out to decorate the room for our anniversary celebration

The cusion was a bit hard, we couldn't unlock our sliding door from outside, reported that to receptionist

Very disappointing Wont be back

No decent tv channels. Lucky wifi was good so able to stream on ipad. Breakfast delivered to my room. Average at best.

Facilities were fine

Arranged to leave early, but gate was closed when I wanted to leave.Took half an hour to find security to open the gate.

Location and privacy

The rooms need maintenance and upgrade. They are quite old

The stuff was super nice....I'd like to thank Sylverster who was working at Reception and another gentleman who was at the bar with him. We were meant to leave at 7am and they brought our breakfast not a second late so we could travel on time. This was my 4th visit to the establishment and still really pleased with it....coming back in February for my daughter's birthday.

I loved everything

We received great hospitality the owner and staff made us so comfortable and treated us well. The place was quiet and peaceful and rooms were clean and friendly staff. Great for families. Thank you Theresa

The food was incredible, the staff so friendly and professional. When we got there they were ready for us and had the perfect room reserved for us.Peaceful!!!!

The ladies who were in charge of rooms (cleaning) are not professional, they even told me and my guests that breakfast is until 09h00 whereas it’s until 10h00. They were standing at the door telling us to check out as we will be charged again at 10h00. I found it very rude and unprofessional.

Breakfast was delicious. The only problem was they only served pork (pork sausages & beacon), I had to request beef or chicken as I don't eat pork. I was happy that they managed to prepare something for me without any hassle.

Nothing. I liked everything. I booked the place for my birthday party, my guests and I were allowed to check in earlier to prepare for the afternoon function. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Location is great, staff is professional & friendly. Poolside rooms area great. Meals tasty & value for money.

The staff was friendly. the location is great

- There's an ongoing noise throughout the night, It sounds like drilling but you cant see any workers when you wake up. the noise goes on the whole night, both nights.- the bathrooms are old... - they also use huge round tables that take ten people at a time for breakfast, so if you are travelling with just your partner, you have to eat with strangers

Spacious parking. breakfast was good. I’ve stayed here before and used their spa treatment which was very good.
