It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that when arriving after 18:00, guests must contact the property in order to make proper arrangements. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation; In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival, if not informed prior to check-in, additional charges may apply. It is allowed the accommodations of Minors unaccompanied by Father or Mother, provided that the AUTHORIZATION of ACCOMMODATION OF THE ABSENT FATHER/MOTHER is presented, duly registered in a notary's office and with a notarized signature, or authorization issued by the Judiciary authority. It is mandatory to present the original or a notarized copy: the birth certificate or ID of the minors and, ID of the most responsible. Also, we inform you that the TRAVEL authorization is different from the ACCOMMODATION authorization and that the travel authorization cannot be accepted as a substitute for the Accommodations authorization. The accommodations authorization has legal support in Articles 82 and 250 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, ECA Law No. 8.069/1990, of July 13, 1990.
