- Friendliness of part of the staff
- The water pressure in the shower is the best thing about this hotel. Staff are okay too.
Cons -
- Arrived at 2 in the morning, reserved room not available, change to another Rede andreade hotel, room there terrible.
- The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Shocking its 2024 sort it out. Stop living in the Stone Age
