We have the following policies for receiving your pet friend: Each apartment has only 1 pet (dog or cat); Four-legged friends must be medium-sized (up to 24 in tall and a maximum of 25kg); The person responsible for the pet must present the updated vaccination card; The permanence of pets is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move your pet through the hotel's elevators and social areas, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags for transport; Please note that the price for a pet is R$ 70,00. The cleaning of residues is the owner's responsibility; In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged from the person responsible for maintenance of the damaged furniture; The person responsible for the pet must complete the liability waiver upon check-in. Contact our Reservations Center to consult the value of the daily PET FRIENDLYGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
