All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel. Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times. Use of the SPA is for people over 18 years of age. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. A child up to 8 years old is allowed to share a bed with their parents. Use of the SPA is only for those over 18 years of age. Use of the SPA's Heated Pool requires prior reservation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
