LOMBOK LODGE

Amazing views, clean and comfortable rooms , delectable breakfast!

My partner and I loved everything about this place, from the host and her family, the staff, the place itself and Olivia was available whenever we had questions or needed help. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for your guests and for us you really did ? and omg! the view was amazing❤️ Even the guests that we met there were such lovely people, I am definately coming back.

There was nothing not to like about this place.

The welcoming of the owners was very warm and they are very helpful give us directions what/where to visit this beautiful area of the Southcoast/Seapark.Location of the property and the views are amazing. The room was perfect and bed very comfy !And the XXL-breakfast to top it off.Great experience, we will be back for sure!

The beach and garden view from our room was breathtaking. My partner and I enjoyed your scrumptious breakfast. Having power on during load shedding was a cherry on top.

Nothing, but just a suggestion, a little soap/shower gel in the bathroom may come in handy for the guests that may happen to have forgotten to bring some.

the host Olivia was very friendly and accomodating to my needs as I arrived much later than expected.

Location, friendly welcome

They don't change towel everyday

The host was so friendly and warm and accommodating. The bathroom was spacious and clean, bed was big and comfy and we had aircon which is always needed in a humid town. The breakfast offering and exceptional ocean view and proximity to stunning beaches was really a highlight.

At night when we got back to the room after a day out, we had issues with the Android TV, which due to poor wifi connections most of our stay was a let down but not the end of the world. We made the most of what was available to us as other options for TV were available.

Very satisfied with everything, their location, the nature around it, sea view was breath taking, the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back to spend more time, it is a great place to unwind and relax.

stunning view, quiet place to relax, comfortable, spacious rooms, super friendly staff to welcome you.

Friendly staff, personal touch. excellent breakfast. venue location with good sea views.

From the moment we made our booking to the moment we checked out, the staff were very friendly and informative. The breakfast was delish too??Thank you to Willie and the staff at Lombok for this experience. Definitely recommended

Good place for after hours work

Wifi and TV not working

Rooms are clean with comfortable beds.Safe location and friendly staff.

It’s location. We were visiting Port Shepstone for the first time and Lombok Lodge was suitably located to allow us enough exposure to the area.

The mould smell in the rooms. The facility should find a better solution to assessing this. It almost spoilt our experience. Willie the facility manager saved the day with his calm demeanour and understanding attitude.

The place is located a beautiful neighborhood. The view is great and it's close to the main route. Security perfect, enough parking space, very quiet which is nice for relaxation. The host is the best, friendly and really went out of her way to make us feel at home.

Sizable rooms big enough, close to the pool but interior design in terms of furniture and breakfast did not meet my expectations.

nothing really

the place was very dirty, the bed was making noise when we were turning or doing anything. towels were having stains, bathroom bath was not washed after the last guests. mod around and dust we were sneezing all night. under the bed was dirty with some pieces of old chips laying under the bed. dead ants were all over the corners, like someone strayed them and never remove them. this was shed with the owner as I felt it was not acceptable. no redress nothing from the owner

The location was excellent. Breakfast was average.

I have traveled extensively to BB in SA this was mediocre. The breakfast dining area could be comfier and quality of food like juice and yogurt was not good.

Location and view is beautifulRoom is modernBreakfast fruit was nice

The bed was uncomfortable. There were no rooibos teabags.. I had to ask for some. There was no milk in the fridge or creamer sachets.... I only realised this when we were leaving the property to visit relatives. I whatsapped the manager who read the request for him to please leave some in the fridge but this didn't happen so we weren't able to have coffee in the morning in our room.

We had a very special breakfast on Christmas day at the Lombok Lodge. We did not feel rushed by the staff to clear out our room. We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort in the room. We are an elderly couple with health issues so the steps were a bit hard but nothing not manageable.

Everything was done in a professional manner, from breakfast to hygiene of the place, the staff as well properly dealt with every issue. We would like to make these our preferred holiday destination.

Nothing. I wouldn't change especially the breakfast.
