Food was good, ? friendly staff and beautiful bath room,very clean rooms

Lights not adequate in my room

The place was neat and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.Seaview was amazing. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy.

Very limited on food offering in the restaurant. The area is extremely quiet. There is no nightlife. The pool is outside the conference room, which makes it uncomfortable to use if there is a conference happening..Rooms have very poor lighting and only 1 bath towel and hand towel was provided for a room with two guests.Parking is adequate but works on a first come basis. If you don't get parking close to reception, you have a long walk from the other 2 designated parking areas.

The executive room was stunning, beyond our expectations.Friendly staff, very helpful.Was not up to having breakfast on the day of departure,and was offered the option of takeaway.Thank you guys once again for making our stay a memorable one

Whenever we visit Umthunzi, we feel at home. The staff is welcoming, there are no hustles on arrival. , The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. We call it our second home when we are in Shepstone, we don't see ourselves booking somewhere else.

I hated the stairs going up to the appaprtmemt

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities was clean and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience.

The breakfast menu was too different and expensive. Just a regular beacon and eggs would have been nice.

Breakfast was ok. Due to few guests, they did not have buffet breakfast - this was expected

With few guests present - we had a swimming pool all to ourselves

The room was super nice and albeit an older design bathroom it was very well presented and maintained The breakfast was good and I would use as my preferred accomadation.

Noisy guests in the passages

Everything else was great, we can't complain. Room was clean, breakfast in the morning was super. The place is at a peaceful location.

The fact that the bathroom did not have a toilet brush to use after using it. Also there was not air freshener.

The WiFi was terrible and I had to buy my own data because the WiFi wasn't working continuously The TV has little to no reception.The supper price is way too expensive for the menu.The staff was helpful but not very friendly.There's noises at odd hours.

The place is clean with friendly staff. I also like that it was closer to the beach.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the food was good.

Some of the furniture and decor could do with refreshing and replacing

The rooms were clean

The surrounding areas , outside the sliding doors the floor and walls had moss and dirty which accumulated over time.

The family room was perfect ??. On booking new photos need to be uploaded to show the room and the view as well as the breakfast area need to be uploaded.

We ate same breakfast for 4 days. I think adding slices of cheese, tomatoe, lettuce, fish

Dinner part no ☹️I thought it would be a buffet because I callled to confirm that only to there was no buffet
