Bayside Taj Hotel

comfortable room

the fact that I paid online because I booked online and I have to pay again when arrived

Breakfast was good everything was amazing, we enjoyed our stay, the receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and the security guard.

It would be better if the wifi connection was strong at every angle of the property, especially the rooms, we couldn't watch Netflix during our stay due to the wifi connection which was weak.

The rooms are as advertised, very neat and clean.Staff promptly attends to complaints

The excessive music noise from the bar which goes on until 10pm.

I liked the room setup

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the room next to mine the guests shouted until morning hours....I couldn't get enough sleep the worst part is that I was driving a long distance in the morning I'm unhappy with what happened

It's was great weekend, place was clean and everything in order comfortable bed with nice hot shower." Friendly staff "changed our room and also affordable price

We had smaller problem on signal.. Wifi and TV due to bad weather and plz can you add other things kitchen. Like spoons, fok bowls

Very beautiful and staff friendly

Internet connection was bad, tv played only SABC channels, water in the shower was not hot, also when we were on our the manager or consultant called to confirm our stay, giving us short time for us to arrive then if within that short time our room would be handed over to other people yet we paid full amount on time

Very neat and modern, very clean. Great location

TV network problems

cleanliness and staff friendliness

beds not comfortable, I woke up with body pains

Staff members were good

From the entrance it shows it's not a hotel but a BnB. No bath towels and the small ones that we received have seen their days. We asked for extra pillows they didn't have enough. There's no full breakfast/lunch/dinner as "hotel" is supposed to be. It has just cereal and toast only. It's not a HOTEL

Friendly n has bar

No eggs n bacon for breakfast

It was clean and very welcoming.

What we did not like was the noise, the other people have no respect for others that are sleeping and have to take the long road.

Welcoming staff, room was clean and everything in order. Complementary breakfast, much appreciated. We didn't expect it since they offer self catering.

good rooms value for money very clean breakfast catered

No Wifi Bad location difficult to find water was cold next morning

Disliked the untidy look of the entrance. Had an odour that was not very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff

Close to everything and excellent security

Aircon faulty

I did not get any break fast, the location is okay

I had to go to the reception and ask for the toilet paper and coffee

Breakfast

No noise, comfortness

Was a change of plan didn't sleep as our friend offers us with a place to sleep on that day

Wish to sleep next time

Ther beds r oky but i think thy shuld upgrade them to queens at least. The double r small and not comfortable as it should anymore

The location is bad and the building it's self outside is not good at all

good we enjoyed cereals coffee and yoghurt
