- Homely environment, approachable & friendly hosts .Nice cooling fans for excessive humidity & heat. Exceptional head of house manager 5 stars. spacious with lovely restful swimming pool & garden..

Cons -
- We were not expecting to pay for breakfasts . We're pensioners so were slightly taken aback.
- Access within the room I stayed in to plugs, windows etc was awkward. One bedside light - broken globe holder & globe missing. Noisy fridge. My room was, next to the Kitchen (Noisy) & off a passage which appeared to be the main route for everyone, through the building
