- The overall staff experience was below poor. They failed to make the simplest of tasks to correct a simple problem without being prompted by me. They made excuses after excuses in trying to solve a problem.

- With a load shedding, they reset their thermostat in the room every time the power changes. So the room becomes freezing cold in the middle of the night and the Aircon switch is on and off constantly making it really difficult to get a good night sleep
