Comfy bed, no problem with early check in, very nice breakfast, quiet place, friendly staff. But very poor internet, if you need to work - there will be an issue.

Location is great.

Had stayed in this hotel some year's ago and quality has drastically dropped. The rooms really need some care, small maintenance stuff were lacking, rooms were not clean, lots of dust under the bed and behind curtains. Breakfast was not good, old fruits, items not tasty and not much variety.

Great location, in front of a lovely park. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great!

Location is the strong point.

To be honest, it was a bit far from a 4 star hotel, I found the accommodation a bit dated. I can't comment on breakfast and Wifi as I was in a hurry and didn't use it. Reasonable bathroom and there was a certain delay in checking in, despite having been informed of the arrival time. Location is the strong point

Breakfast. I found a long hair in my cake and some lady employee was looking at me with a bad attitude assuming that I put the hair there.

Dirty, outdated, and unpleasant.

The common areas and rooms smelled like mold. My coworker instantly started sneezing and her eyes were watering. After leaving the hotel her symptoms cleared up with in two hours and did not return. We told the front desk about it but they denied there was a mold smell. We checked out the same night we checked in and made arrangements with another hotel.

The location is good and the hotel a whole is good.

We had serious problens with air conditioning, they offered us other rooms but all of them had the same problem, there is no maintenance and the devices are dirty and do not work properly. The administration was attentive and offered us an upgrade but the problem still persists.

Excellent location in the heart of Moinhos de Vento, facing the park. Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

I’ve stayed at the hotel in May 2022 and the highlight was the breakfast. But this time the breakfast wasn’t good as in the past and there is room for improvement.

Location is awesome. Staff is great.

Most of the furniture are old. And the elevator had a problem. Breakfast is ok.

Staff was really friendly, room was big and comfortable. Breakfast included was fine. Good location, plenty of restaurants in the area.

Pricy, but in line with what was being charged elsewhere during the Porto Alegre marathon weekend.

as per Booking . com i booked the Hotel for a Genius Discounted price of 302 Reis plus 31 Reis Taxes !!!!!when i checked in the Price was not availiblebbut the Total came to more than 418 Reis!!!!!!!next time inhad been told i should book directly with the Hotel !!!!!pls comment !!!!BR Franz Josef Steffens

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is good and well ventilated. Shower is powerful.Free valet parking.

Room is not sound proof and you can hear a lot of noise from giests from the corridor.Staff needs more training. Receptionist would take phone sales call and leave guests waiting during check-in.Sliding door at lobby near the restaurant need repair as the noise during operation disturbs people at the lobby and restaurant during breakfastWe stayed a few days before in a similar room for the same rate, which was better equipped.

Strategic location. Good bed. The rest was okay, as I was expecting and I have heard from my colleagues. And at last, the attendance of staff people, very gentle.

There is nothing to get better. ;)
