Manhattan Porto Alegre By Mercure

Convenient facility, well located

The front desk staff is diligent but could be a bit more friendly. The rooms need maintenance

Location was central and close to nice parks, restaurants, and shopping.

Walls were not clean in room 201.Kitchen facilities were adequate, but no cooking pots or utensils were in the drawers. No wine glasses were in the cupboard. No coffee maker.

Hotel is old but has a very good location

Requires renovation

They advertised pool, spa and gym.None of those were available From 8am to 5 pm there was constant hammering from the room above, construction work It was impossible to be in the room during those hours

I just wrote what I didn't like above

Location is perfect

Same level as Ibis, it looked to be better on the internet. The cradle I asked for my baby was dirty and I did not like that at all.

very good location. Convenient facilities with spacious rooms. The hotel is not luxurious, but is well maintained and works well. The gym and pool were being renovated, so we could not assess whether good or not.

the breakfast could be upgraded, both on the food and decoration.

Didn’t like at all

Noise room. Old and small tv set. No blanket in the bed, I slept with sweater. Odd smell in the room. No more stay.

excelent location

hot water didn’t work. had to take cold shower

Breakfast was great! swimming pool was also good

The corridors are extremely hot, the air conditioners were not working

In the morning, they served us old bread for breakfast. The night of January 11th. we asked the lady at the front des

Breakfast was good. Great location. Cute decorations for Christmas.

Interior of hotel needs a renovation. Rooms are a great size but they also need renovations.

The room sizes with kitchen and hige bathroom.Clean hotel , great employess, perfect parking , good breakfast , great location

Rooms start to look outdated , need some modern touches , the AC in my room was old, noisy and not cold air , they say will remodel the rooms soon.

good breakfast, comfy room with lots of space and great location.

internet speed could be a bit better.

Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful

It was old and not clean and was expensive for what it was

Awesome place, large and comfortable rooms, the staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast space was a little crowded but very well served.

Not many vegetarian options in the restaurant menu and the wifi wasn’t working properly. Other than that, the place is top notch.

Good size room with kitchenette. Great location. Clean.

Have more kitchen utensils, pots and pans available. Had to buy my own.

Breakfast started early in the morning and was well prepared

It is a very old hotel and the equipment is very old, too, but clean. Hotel personal is not very good in Englisch and not willing to support for additinal questions or booking.

Location, staff and cleaness

Nothing to complain

Big rooms , clean , perfect parking , good breakfast , nice safe area

location

I had to carry my own bags and cart to my hotel, breakfast not included
