Excellent location front desk went out of the way arranged city tour with a designated driver was very enjoyable for my spouse, they arranged a drop of to the airport very courteous driver thanks to his efforts we got to fly in an earlier Azul Airlines flight.

Every thing was Good and convenient, surprisingly no negatives from me.

The hotel is close to the airport with good shuttleservice. The room is well insulated from traffic noise. The breakfast was excellent.

The room has no sound insulation from the corridior (contrary to the "sound proof" room specification). The gym equipment is of high quality, but the threadmills could not be used due to lack of maintenance.Another dissapointment, not the hotels fault, is the impassable high way between the airport and the hotel. Close, but yet so far away.

Checkin, checkout very good. Room met expectations.

Dining area very noisy and service was very slow after ordering.

Excellent location near the airport. Genuinely nice and competent staff. Very good value for money. Will recommend the property for all travellers.

The breakfast was very good, so were the bed and bathroom

The swimming pool was fine, but there were not enough chairs or need for the passengers.The second bed (sofabed) was really bad..There was quite a bad smell in the room, though it might have been that the previous passengers had smoked.Even if the entrance is just in the roundabout by the highway, you need to make a very inconvenient path to get in.

Breakfast and parking were not included which was a surprise considering the price paid

Staff was nice and helpful but did not speak english or spanish which is expected at a 4 star hotel by the airport

I paid a deposit to reserve my room, then paid on arrival for half the stay then was surprised to have to pay the rest on departure. It was confusing billing.

Everything was amazing, the gym has life fitness equipments which is great.

Towels and sheets feels like brand new, you will find everything at the mini bar in your room, the restaurant also is quite good.

The food was very good. It was a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Will definitely return.

Breakfast is great, staff as well.Nice that they have a baby crib and sofa that converts to a kid bed.

Hair dryer was not working, shower broke middle of showering, cockroach ran across the floor when we entered the first time and no microwave in room.A review said parking was free but it is not.

Location is great if you need to go to the airport, the staff is very helpful and the hotel overall is clean.

Pool was not clean and the sauna was not hot, as a sauna should be. The room seems a bit old. The restaurant food was okay, and it took a long time to get ready.

We had to walk in the rain from the parking lot to the building, and the closest door was closed, we had to walk around to the main entrance.
