Room requires refurbishing and windows cannot be opened wich is a deal breaker for health, I am asmathic. Windows were screwed so they could not be opened. Such practice should be illegal due to hygiene reasons.

Staff

The room was a bit noisy due to the nearby street. This room lacks acoustic glass.

The staff politeness & help made all the difference!I depended on them during my entire stay, counted on them & their care and attention didn’t let me down ?

Fitness & swimming pool conditions gets a zero from me! Some of the reception staff needs extra training, specially when charging guests

I was very delayed arriving due a monster traffic jam but no problem. My room was there waiting for me when I arrived. Staff was gracious about it. And I had not paid in advance. Room very comfortable.

Conveniently located right in front of the Porto Alegre bus station and not far from the airport, this hotel is an excellent option for those in transit. Moreover, it is quiet, clean, and offers a good breakfast.

Very well located, felt safe about it, even in a tough location. All the facilities were good and comfortable, like an oldish rich hotel

Handy for the bus station

It's a little run down... the lifts are rubbish... they don't go to ground floor. if someone on a higher floor presses a button they go back up. Nightmare... had to get out and use the stairs

Big rooms, big beds, balcony, garden. Good selection at breakfast

Charged for water! Rip in the sheets.

Staff is very friendly and always trying to better the experience at the hotel. One of them, Mr Julio, deserves a special mention in this regard.

Wifi is unstable, especially at night.

The hotel is just in front of the bus station, but the rooms in the back are silent. The room was clean. Very good breakfast.

Good breakfast, and the staff was very helpful (especially Pedro). The location was the most important for me since I was heading to the beach early in the morning.

The towels were old and had plenty of stains (looking like cleaning clothes). Also, we were a couple in the room but only one towel was on the rack.

Beautiful court yard, comfortable and clean rooms and communal areas, and central location, near the Bus station. All I needed.

The value

It is in a bad neighborhood - this I expected, as I know the place and chose it for being right next the Porto Alegre bus station. What I didn't expect is that it is a noisy one! Even on the ninth floor, and at 3 AM, there was noise from the street.

I think the room wasnt very clean. Bathroom floor was stick, like it had grease on the floor. There was a smell of pee in the room.

I think they should upgrade the bathrooms into new ones with more amenities and new toilets, floor etc.
