    Cons -

    • Some of the machines in our room were not working and the first request from the restaurant was served cold.
    • No daily housekeeping. You had to ask for it and even when I asked there was one day when they did not come. Restaurant itself is expensive and not very good.
    • The rooms are very old, bathroom , wardrobe, chairs it doesn’t look a 5 or 4 star hotel

This hotel is in an amazing building, well located with easy access to the city. I liked the room design, the restaurant at night is excellent, and breakfast is very decent. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Room cleanliness was almost non-existent. The hairdryer was filthy, with electrical tape wrapped around the cable and exposed wires. The bedsheets had reddish stains (possibly old blood) and were also dirty along the corners. The shower had hair stuck to the walls and floor. The vanity (around bathroom basin/sink) was dirty, with makeup residue clearly left by previous guests. The phone cable in the bathroom was completely covered in dust, as if it had never been cleaned. There was pubic hair on the side of the toilet. Please, don’t look under the bed—thick dust, unidentified pieces of fabric (I didn’t try to identify them), and parts of the bed literally falling apart.I stayed at this hotel twice in the last month because I appreciated the design, restaurant, location, and staff. Unfortunately, both stays were terrible in terms of cleanliness, and I will not return to pay for such a dirty, unhygienic room.

Spacious, and clean. The restaurant is great, and it had all the amenities I needed.

The elevators can be a bit slow, considering there are only 2 of them serving 13 floors.

Excellent room size, bed size, cleanness, location, Shower is good, but a little hard to set up the proper temperature. The window blinds were not working. A good experience overall.

Parking should be a courtesy to the guests (even though the value per day is not high). Breakfast is OK, not remarkable.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in a tranquil neighborhood, which truly adds to the charm of the experience. The area is upscale, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel cafeteria; the food was excellent, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes.

While my stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, there were a few aspects that need attention. The room could greatly benefit from a renovation, particularly the bathroom, which felt outdated and in need of modernization. Despite this, the overall experience was manageable.

    staff and location

first room was noisy so we changed and the new room had a smell of mold and bleach. The picture of our room displayed a coffee machine that in reality was not there. the bathroom looks very outdated and with mold between the tiles…

It is located far from downtown or city life, but it is over a shopping center, so you have all you need downstairs. The view and the location is amazing, very good to walk in the neighbouring park and visting the Ibere Camargo Museum.

Everything perfect! Room service good, Nice decoration.

They were some staff that was friendly.

Some staff was not friendly. They ran our car out of battery at the valet parking and did damage to the car minutes before leaving.. I will surely go back to reclaim.. very bad place.

Very expensive place for the money, it did not have a proper working toilet system. In the check out, tried to put additional itens that were never consumed...

We were a family of four staying in two rooms due to hubby being unwell and wanting to protect our daughters (not covid related). There was a staff member, his name has slipped my mind, however, he made sure my daughters and I were ok when leaving and entering the hotel it my husband was not with us.The room - both rooms were big and spacious, the room I booked with my girls was the biggest we could get and it had a comfy bed, beautiful views and lots of space for my girls to move about. The neighbourhood - great place to be in, close enough to uber to all the major malls and a great pizza joint in Bom Fim (Balcone Pizzeria - I think it is called).

Check in - Definitely felt a bit of discrimination, maybe we were not dressed up when we checked in (we were on holiday). Due to my husband being unwell, we had to split off into 2 rooms. Because our two girls (18 mo and 8yo) were in a room with me, we decided to book the biggest room possible to allow for space and splashed out to get the spa bath and view since there was no pool at the hotel (which was totally fine). With that being said, when we went to check in, we supplied the usual passports for all of us, my husband and daughters all have the same surname on their passports but mine is still with my maiden name - the attendant asked us to supply birth certificates for our girls which was unusual to us given we had stayed at multiple other hotels while on our 5 week holiday in Brazil and we were never asked for these. The hotel staff were then reluctant to check us in until my husband stated he was a lawyer and this is not normal practice. We felt discriminated against and put a foul taste in our mouths for our stay. The room - After all the birth certificate drama and proving our children were our children, my husband was given his room keys and we were given ours. Because we booked the best suite possible/available for our stay, all the things that were stated in the advert online when booking were not there (bathrobes, slippers, nespresso machine... we had to ask mulitple times for the coffee machine which is what I really wanted as I was working in the evenings online catering to NZ hours). The room was also quit run down - cracks/holes in the walls, light fittings not set in place in the ceiling, tiles in the bathroom surrounding the bath tub were all chipped.Breakfast - the bread rolls were like little hard rocks - clearly not fresh. There were poor options available considering how much you pay for a night, you would expect a better breakfast.

I had been staying with my wife's family and we had lost power. We waited as long as we could but felt it was necessary to book a hotel since we had our baby with us. We made the reservation very late in the evening and were able to confirm with the property within 10 minutes of booking. When we arrived it was midnight. The front desk was very helpful and helped us through the process quickly
