Very near to the mall, staff kind, amazing breakfast.

Room quite noisy, windows seems not to have a good isolation for sound.

Not enough products for 2 people occupancy as reserved , reception made us go downstairs to get, bat soup, towels late of night and the floor isnt clean.

I like the room it was comfortable, the breakfast is amazing and also I had an amazing view of Guaíba River.

It was clean and the security system.

I do not like to be full charged the bill even before entering the room, I do not think it is a polite policy.Also the bathroom amenities could have better quality.

Our stay at the hotel in Porto Alegre was excellent, thanks to its convenient location. It served as the perfect hub for our one-night visit, allowing us easy access to explore the city before continuing our journey to Gramado the next day. The hotel's proximity to transportation options and key attractions made it an ideal choice for our travel needs.

My stay was completely satisfying, and I encountered no issues at all. Everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

Big and comfortable bedroom. Delicious breakfast! Great location very close to the Praia de Bellas shopping mall.

Air conditioning was sometimes dropping water in the bedroom. Other than that, the hotel was great!

The breakfast was ample and the location for business perfect. After the floods I can understand the changes that the hotel has been going though but this did not have any problem with my stay. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel and will do so again.

Quicker elevators :)In my first stay there were no problems. At the moments after the floods, the internet was difficult. I can understand this and I hope the surrounding infrastructure in the area can be sorted. So this current period I hope is a blip.

Good enough location.

It is a very old fashioned hotel, the room was dirty and bathroom tiles full of rust and mould.

Breakfast is good.

Members of the staff opened the door unannounced twice then, when we complained to the reception they said it was the regular cleaning service and it was our fault. There was no 'do not disturb tag' in the room. The decor desperately needs some work. The furniture was chipped, stained, and broken. The bathroom conditions, especially the shower box, are appaling - mould on the walls and ceiling, broken tiles and appliances, no water pressure, including toilet flush.

Shower was, for the second time, cold.We made complaints to the manager, but no one solved this situation. Last year we stayed at this same hotel…the same issue happened!

Good large room clean and comfortable , excellent breakfast

All ate perfect, no any problem.

Very well located in walking distance of the Guaíba River and the Orla. The hotel was very pleasant, very clean, and the hotel staff was very nice. The room was very spacious and the WiFi connection was perfect for online conferences as I had to work during my stay.

I believe this might have been due to the high influx of people because of South Summit, but the breakfast pastries were sometimes a bit overcooked and burnt on some days.

Location and lake view.

The room wasn’t so clean mainly the floor and sofa (dirt stains). The accommodation was overpriced and the breakfast could be better.

The location was good. The accomodation is ok. Breakfast is complete and fair. Checkin process is very agile.

Safebox was not working during stay.
