Great staff. Great location

Receptionists are very well educated and when I requested to change rooms (didn't want bathtub), they eagerly attended my request. I tried booking on Premium room so I could have access to Executive Lounge, but there were no rooms of that category available when I booked. Receptionist went ahead and allowed me to use Executive Lounge (since I am also a Hilton Honors member).

The bed should be changed. It was sunk in the middle.

Room size.

Shower on bathtub. Should remove the bathtub as we need to climb in there in order to take a shower. Deluxe rooms do not have the option of 2 beds instead of 1 king-size bed. Didn't like the blue-tinted windows.

For a Hilton, it’s way below standards I’m used to with the chain. Old building. Rooms are old, no tech, old furniture. Had major problems with AC in my room, doing a tremendous noise, had to complain and was then directed to another room.

Clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, walkable cafes, stores and next to a gorgeous shopping mall.

Rooms need work urgently, very old , uncomfortable old beds and terrible pillows .

Stay there a few times always has been very good this time i found dirty had to change the room was a very bad smell, the day clean also not good if you stay longer the breakfast never change nice coffee

Location is unbeatable, checkout staff was great.

Checkin staff didn't oriented us about wifi connection; there was a huge party at the pool which music was heard at our room until 1 am. When I asked the front desk about it they didn't really care in telling me the true, that was a party, she said she would send security to verify..total BS. I had an awful night. At least a Nespresso machine you could leave at the rooms. It seems the hotel is degrading more and more (We used to stay often there).

Location, breakfast, comfort and the positive attitude of the staff.

The gym is quite small and, because of it, pretty crowded.

Old building, old tv, too expensive for what simple room. Double the price of other hotels nearby, simple room, with cable tv. High, Parking service fee They charge for parking. Would suggest giving bottled water and slippers at least to please the guest over such underwhelming instalations and high price

Specially the staff, very cordial and always providing a good time for us, they're very kind, I'd like to mention Sergio, from the restaurant, provided top-notch service for me and my family.

I can't complain about anything, everything looked clean, didn't get those extra fees that sometimes can bother you.

The shower placed over the bahtube was not adequate. It is something difficult and unsafe to in and out of the bath tube that is too high and with a small space to enter.

Room quality, one specific receptionist which send a message to the other receptionist in front of me, telling him not to give me late checkout, even being the hotel being almost empty.The receptionist with long hair (man) was nice, but changed his attitude after the girl (with a fake smile) sent him the message.
