The hotel is located in a nice place. The breakfast was amazing and you can leave the car parked in their private parking.

Wi Fi was not working

Everything is great. I want to say CLEAN but when I left my car in the garage right at the entrance of the lobby door I stepped on a huge dog shit. Do I have to say anything else. Made my life a hell when you bring 1 pair of shoes to a 2 days trip.

Internet I was not able to connect. Jesus we are almost in 2025 and life runs on internet. MAkE IT EASY to connect.

Only the location

It was not that clean, one of the beds were smelling pee, building under construction, breakfast was disappointing and price was very high for what was offering.

Good location that felt safe. Nice staff. The price was very good, nice value.

I can’t complain about the breakfast when the price was so low, but if I have to mention something that I didn’t love it was the breakfast.

The location is impeccable. Moinhos de Vento is one of the best neighborhoods in Porto Alegre, so the hotel is very close to Parcão, malls, supermarkets, and good restaurants. The staff is friendly. Especially Mari, our floor's room maid, did what she could to improve our (20+ days) stay.

The place is filthy, poorly maintained, old, and disgusting. Every single wall had either mold, stains, dead insects, or was broken (very often, it was a combination). The bed was not comfortable, and once, the sheets were changed to some that smelled like stinky feet (I'm not joking). Our air conditioner was installed above the bed, and we could see the light coming in, so big was the hole (see pic). Breakfast was poor, with the same options every day. The variation was in how old and hard the bread would be--believe me, in a 23-day stay, we saw it all, even bread with mold. Not to mention the atmosphere in the restaurant (see pics), with mold on the ceiling, beyond broken air conditioner, and understaffing. Wifi was laughable: I eventually gave up on complaining and ended up using all my data plan so I could work. So that we could at least laugh about our situation, my husband and I would refer to the hotel as "captivity," hence the title. To sum it up, if you can afford ANYTHING better, run away from this place. The location and price are excellent, yes, but the overall experience is absolutely horrible.

Location and nothing else.

I think this hotel should be undergoing a deep maintenance and refurbishment. There isn't a corner of this hotel that isn't broken, cracked, unkempt, moldy or dirty. Worst experience, we had to ask to change rooms because the sink was dirty with toothpaste and the shower was filthy. The room we were moved to was not satisfactory either.The sink was clogged, dust and dead insects in every corner, mold near the window, among other things. I think rooms in these conditions should not be rented.

The dining room had mould around the roof and skirting board. The rooms had bad pillows, and mattresses were far too soft. Showers were not hot enough, which was disappointing.

The hotel location is great, walking distance from Parcao and Calcada da Fama. The room was comfortable and clean, good value for money.

Location is perfect: 2 blocks from park and shopping mall, one block from the supermarket and a lot of stores close by.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The hotel has an amazing location, close to everything you need for a good stay. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel is perfectly located, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very large with one big window. The bathroom is clean and the shower is great. The water power is amazing. Some restrictions applied due to COVID19 but it makes you feel safer. I highly recommend it. Gustavo, the Front Desk Agent deserves a promotion. He was super helpful.

It was all good except for the garbage collection. I was asked to leave the garbage outside my door which I find not very hygenic. I put it behind the garbage bin and it took 3 days to be collected.

Bad

The hotel is not cleaning or changing bad sheets or towels, because of COVID. I my opinion, this is time where they should clean MORE and not LESS. They tell us we need to ask for room cleaning, so we did. 3 times, and nobody even show up to clean or change bedsheets.
