Breakfast

The hotel is not in a good condition and there are several damages on the walls, doors, Ac is not clean. It need to be repaired.

The hotel is a 20-minute ride from the bus station or airport. You can have your breakfast before leaving for your early scheduled interview at the USA embassy. It's close to noisy bridges, but the windows are great for blocking out the sounds.

Even though I was able to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network, there was no internet connection. Even after speaking to different reception staff and insisting it wasn't working, I wasn't told how to do it correctly. When checking out, I was told to use a specific URL to login.

The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The bed and shower were excellent!

I like coffee by 5:30 AM but there was no coffee machine in the room, and there was no coffee before breakfast in the lobby/breakfast room. The hotel uses an address on Dom Pedro II and is visible but not accessable from that street. Google was not able to direct us to the hotel by the address. The address furnished in the pre-arrival reminders is to the company headquarters and not the hotel.

getting laundry done!! when you are only there a day & need it back by the end of the day you will pay an “ emergency tax “ $112.00 to get 10 T-shirts 10 underwear 10 pr socks & 4 shorts cleaned ??

The beds were singles, and after we checked everything in bedroom and checked out the bedroom, we figure out our small bag were missing. We requested the CCTV but the receptionist said the CCTV images were in other central. After I got contact the Police, the receptionist said the CCTV was broken.

Close to airport

The room is next to road and it's noisy even at night, the air conditioner is also noisy. Foreign guests can only log in to the Wifi as visitors not guest, so the network is very bad.

The breakfast was great with many options of food. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty clean. The hotel is close to the airport, bus lines, and not too far from downtown.

I left the “do not disturb” sign outside my door because I didn’t need housekeeping service and I didn’t want anyone to go inside my room while I was away. However, someone did go inside my room, moved my drink in the fridge, left the “do not disturb” sign inside the room, and my card was not working when I came back. It was pretty annoying! I had all my valuable belongings in the safer and I would recommend any guest to do the same. On my first night, someone was knocking and ringing the bell at 4am but I was not expecting for anyone. I talked to the receptionist the next day and they told me that some drunk people probably thought my room was their room. I think they should have a curfew or policy to ask people who come back to the hotel late to make sure they are going to the correct room. The staff should explain how the power in the room works. I had to figure out that I needed to leave the key inside the slot by the door in order to have the power running. Otherwise, the A/C and the lights don’t work!

Dirty room

Room was dirty, bathroom with hair and moldy walls from lack of cleanness. I would not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel near the airport with friendly staff and comfortable room.

As with the other Master Express hotel I stayed at in town, the internet speed was at a snail’s pace (<1 mbps). It really shouldn’t be like that nowadays!

I recently stayed for a few days and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also ok, with easy access to the airport and the bus terminal. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a comfortable, enjoyable stay

This is my second stay with this hotel and I would recommend it. It is a very good hotel for the price, nice size room, with cable tv, comfortable bed and helpful facilities. The breakfast is the best part of the stay.

Not the cleanest place I have seen, but a quite good value. The worse by far is the quality of the Wi-fi; pretty much useless (I stayed on 6th floor)... they should upgrade or make sure guests can have access throughout the room.

Breakfast is quite enjoyable with scrambled eggs and hotdogs along with a good selection of breads, cakes and beverages. Room is large and air conditioning is very efficient. Shower has excellent water pressure and temperature.

The laminated floor catches a lot of dust and could use some more frequent vacuuming, you can't walk barefoot for long before your feet gets dirty. WiFi signal doesn't reach room 1001.

Good, comfortable and clean room. Comfortable bed with soft sheets and pillows. Very good hot shower. Good breakfest and friendly staff. Good location, near the airport. Good service overall. Excellent price.

Noisy. The hotel stands in a crossroads with a viaduct and bus stop aside. There was an annoying buzz all night long, probably from the vibrations of the air condiotoner machines from the other rooms.

The room was efficient and clean. Breakfast was very good. Cappuccino was delicious. It was conveniently located and had parking available. It wasn't luxury but it was a great value for the price.

Can't think of anything at this price point.
