Good space and amenities, staff was friendly and good location

The bedrooms are not sound proof as advertised, and they are very bright. Pool is loud, which can be a trouble for proper sleep.

Location was good, breakfast as well. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Pool was green and needed to be cleaned, therefore unusable. Bit of a bummer since the weather was nice and we chose this hotel specifically because of the pool.

The air conditioner did not work. We found this out just before going to bed.

Great front desk staff, amazing breakfast and nice rooms.

Terrible cleaning. Floor was dirty and there were dirty cups in the room.

Near the airport, and clean, and well maintained.

There is not enough room on one side of the bed. Also, both bedside tables are too small.

Excellent location and fairly new facilities. Great restaurant and excellent staff..shout out for Renata, she works at the restaurant and was so sweet showing me the hotel facilities. The hotel restaurant have good food and service. Thanks to all the employees.

Great hotel close to the airport to rest after a long flight or to catch an early flight. Staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast was great.

The location is very good for the airport. The room feels nice.

Room was crazy noisy, impossible to open the window and even with the window close you still can hear the acclimation system they have. Pillows were quite low and they didn’t had extra ones to make higher. The tv had no volume at all even if was in maximum. The toilet was dirty with hair and the glasses were dirty with Coca Cola from other guest.

Staff was friendly

Bathroom was not clean, blackout curtain was not closing, maintenance work happening on the window. Hotel needs full renovation urgently.Also restaurant needs improvement. Dinner services are below expectations - 1h to deliver a pizza marguerita in the dinner room is not acceptable. On the other hand they have a quite good breakfast.

Beautiful room with stylish renovation. Breakfast is perfect and it’s close to the airport but sound isolation is really good.

The room was renewed with new furnitures and very clean. Breakfast was great and the price was good. Perfect location for those who are traveling by plane from Salgado Filho’s airport.

My room was facing the road n railway; it was very noisy.Fortunately, under request they moved me to another room, much quieter.Thanks

The breakfast was good and the room was nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice and close to the airport.

My room was facing the backyard and there was a lot of noises from very early in the morning from staff arriving I think. There was also a big truck doing some sort of work from around 7am so not a good place if you need to rest or sleep in.They could offer a shuttle bus to the airport since is very close by.
