Like every ibis, it’s a basic hotel, but you know what you get.

The front guy was not nice. Very small room

Always a good and short stay. Properly clean, good location, quiet, and honest breakfast.

Quick and simple check-in/check-out, staff was very friendly. Minibar is empty which I personally prefer, just buy drinks from reception or bring your own. Location is among the best towns in Porto Alegre. Room service was good and simple, just left a message at the door and it’d be done when we came back.

Dinner at the restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey.

I love the room, the bed, the breakfast, location, TV, shower, price. Every time that I travel I prefer Ibis. Everything is the best. I have great time there.

Great hotel, beautiful location in a calm street very close to a great city neighborhood. There’s a Shopping Mall 3 blocks away, a huge park close by and several of the cities top cafes, bars, ice cream shops and restaurants. There’s a Pharmacy just a block down from it.The breakfast is super complete and amazing.

The cleaners were talking loud in the corridor early morning, waking us up. AC and TV had had their power cut during our stay and took hours to be restored.

The staffs were super friendly , the coffee over there was pretty good and the hotel is very hostile and comfortable

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.

The mini fridge was empty, drinks and snacks had to be asked for at the reception desk. Also, there was only one power outlet far from the bed.

The television did not have the channel that was presenting the Formula One race in Belgium, which is one of my favorites races of the year. I was very upset, and we have to leave in a hurry to find a place to watch the race!

This budget hotel has comfortable rooms, and excellent location close to good bars, restaurants, shops, and green areas.
