The customer service at the front desk was so friendly.

The AC wasn’t working properly and there was mold on the cheese on breakfast.

Staff very kind and nice … wonderful breakfast!!!

There is no accessibility besides a street elevator that needs help of the front desk staff all the time for making it work.

It’s a good location.

The rooms are outdated. Old mirrors, the shower head has no pressure, the room smelled like it was closed for ages. The staff is not pleasant, they help, but with no will.

Great location, near downtown and Moinhos do Vento Park as well. You can park your car for a reasonable fee. Heating was provided everywhere in the hotel.

The breakfast should be more diversified. The selection of breads and fresh fruits was not what we expected for one morning, let alone for more than two. The room square footage was very good, but the room was rundown. Some electric outlets didn't work. There were problems on both the faucet and the shower mixer. We called reception about the electric outlets, to no avail.

Halls were not really clean , seemed unvacummed and there were stains in the carpets.

the room was clean, with a good space, all goods in place. very nice and prestative staff.

The lights in the room are great. Also, they have a reading light by the bed which is a plus.It is a quiet hotel and you can have a good rest.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The floor in the room and the carpet in the corridor need changing.

Very good location, great service and parking as well as nice and clean rooms.Already a little older, but holds up a great standard and fulfilled all expectations.

Rooms need renovation. A/C is old and very loud. Parking system with valets makes you wait a lot to get your car. Breakfast is decent.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Lift broke down. Fruits on breakfast were all either not riped or way over riped. I also forgot my charger in the room and when texted the property about it they said it wasn’t there, AKA someone got it and they didn’t care at all.

The curtains in the room had mold on them, the covers smelled like they have not been washed for a long time, the hallway smelled like cigarettes. Definitely not going back to this place.

Excellent location, good catering staff

Room wasn't cleaned properly every day, air conditioner didn't have warm air so bedroom was cold, remote control for the air conditioning didn't work properly, no toaster in breakfast area, difficulty getting reception to sort things out. Noisy neighbours.Not enough hangers.

Room was spacious and nice, even if simple and a bit old. The view was amazing! The shower was good. Breakfast was nice. Location was easy to get to and the fact that there are stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby is a plus. Parking was good and convenient. You have to leave the car keys with the hotel/parking staff.

First day nobody came to clean the room. It was 4 pm and the room was as I had left it in the morning. I didn't appreciate having the cleaner organizing the room when I was there and needed to rest. Cigarette smell in the corridors due to guests smoking (even if not allowed) in their room.

The location is good.

The hotel shows its age with old furniture and finishes in need of renovation. An air-conditioning unit was so noisy it sounded like it was going to fall off the wall and made my window vibrate. Basically everything is old and could really use some tlc.

I arrived there in the midst of your flooding disaster, the hotel was assisting the locals and I felt bad too of occupied a room a family could have used. I had financial issues and more for ground travel to leave, everyone there was wonderful, kind, understanding ( love the Brazilian people and thank you for everything )

A lot of the place was undergoing refurbishments, which it didn't specify on the listing. The common areas don't have A/Cs ! Imagine getting all dressed for a holiday party and leaving your room a long hallway where it feels like over 100 degrees and waiting for a very slow elevator...
