I’ve stayed at a higher rating hotels in Brazil, but this hotel here has the most comfortable beds. I am still sad I did not ask any information about their mattresses. The location is perfect if you are looking to explore Porto Alegre without renting a car. The staff was also very accommodating and helped me prolong my stay until 10 pm of the day of the check-out. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, if I were to travel to Porto Alegre again, I’d book with this hotel again. Sincerely.

Very nice staff, from reception, to cleaners and restaurant staff. Very respectful and always ready to help.

Clean room. Good breakfast. In walking distance to Mercado Publico and shopping area of Rua dos Andrades.

Front office staff does only speak portugese and spanish, but not english

Bed sheets were thin and simple.

Clean, comfortable and a great shower with strong water pressure. Breakfast was ok with enough options.

Hotel messed up our reservation and we did not have a triple room for the days we reserved, we had to leave 2 days early, and were actually lucky they had a room to begin with.
