I loved the service and breakfast.

I liked everything.

Amazing location, very clean room, nice staff and excellent breakfast

The bed has a mattress protector and its sheet is not securely attached, so it keeps escaping all the time, and you wake up with no sheet underneath you. I would really prefer if there was no protector, because escaping sheets are really annoying for me. Also, there is a structure above the bed that is uncomfortable if you want to sit on the bed to read. And I really don't like when the shampoo and conditioner are the same. They are really bad for the hair.

Good location and good value for money.

The breakfast (paid-separately) was horrible. Coffee was over, then the omellete and the taste of food was not good

Air-conditioning was not working, complained several times and no one fixed, in 40°C and no Air-conditioning it is not fun

Towels were not good and didn’t smell pleasant. They smell as a Clorox.

The staff is gentle and always available. The room is comfy and we have a nice view of Porto Alegre from our window. The location is good, closed to pharmacy, shopping and restaurants.

Good location, clean property, friendly staff.

Bed was not comfortable. The sheets were too small for the size of the bed and therefore would no stay in place. Shower would alternate between hot and cold water. The shower door would no fully close. Minimal options for gluten free diet during breakfast.

Great value, excellent location, in a safe neighborhood. Close to pharmacy, restaurants and and a gallery with with boutiques and restaurants. Within 20 minute proximity from Viracopos airport.

Gyn is not good, staff forgot to include soap in my room and check out too slow.

I didn't eat breakfast, it's cheaper to eat elsewhere. I didn't like the idea of only one towel in the room, its not hygienic. TV didn't have an option to change to other languages.
