The location and staff are good.

The air conditioning was not working properly in the room and especially at the breakfast room.

The breakfast was amazing, only they don't have medialunas, for an Argentinian family it's the key.The location of the building was perfect to continue our trip to Florianopolis.

We were not able to find a restaurant open near the hotel. We asked for a delivery. The area was not so safe, it was central area but not safe.

There is no refrigerator or mini bar in the room, uncomfortable synthetic slippery sheets, gloomy room.I stayed here Dec 27th 2021. When I checked in, the first thing I asked was where the parking was. The guy at the reception said that he was alone and a bit busy, he offered to park in front of the hotel in the municipal parking lot. He promised to call the room when he was free and we would take the car to the garage. While I was waiting in the room, I fell asleep, no one called me. In the morning it turned out that my car was robbed, some personal belongings were pulled out, a spare tire. The rental company billed R$1070 for damage and a spare tire.

Real good value. Big room, comfortable bed, strong hot shower, great breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff... all you need for a successful stay!

Location & breakfast.

Parking is 2 squares from the hotel. They don't tell you that. Also, if you don't go directly to the parking you might get an awful experience on the nearby crowded streets.

The location was really good

1 elevator was jammed, the emergency stairs are dirty, scary and not well signed.My door’s card had issue 3 times and I had to wait forever to take the elevator to replace it.I also felt that, one of the breakfasts had bad food, the eggs weren’t smelling well and my wife got sick.
