People were nice.

The bathroom is very dirty. The swimming pool is much smaller than the photos show, and has too much chlorine.Facilities are very old, floor tiles are broken around the leisure area. Gym equipment is old and not practical.Website photos lie about the reality of hotel.

- Slow checkin, hotel staff not well trained, needed the management help to conclude the Checkin.- Live cockroaches moving on the floor of the bedroom and hallway. I have a video recorded. - Deprecated facilities.- Hotel maintenance is not up to date.- Pool was very small.- Breakfast wasn't very good; basic options like bacon served with eggs were missing; the eggs were soggy and tasteless, bad.- Stinky hallways.- New Year's Eve dinner with an inflated price tag.- The pool ladder is broken and unstable.- The microwave in the room did not heat the food.- Very low-power hair dryer.- The room's air conditioning doesn't work without the door key card; returning to the room is hot and stuffy.- Crowded Elevators.- Stiff bath towels, without fabric softener.- Air conditioning control dirty.- The intercom was quite old, and calls would drop due to poor contact.

Balcony with great view over the river, amazing sunset. Huge rooftop with 360 view over the whole city.

Booked a luxury suite but it actually was two small rooms with separate doors. Amenities were super old. Check in and check out takes for ever, food buffet and restaurant food is very mid

It's such a familiar place for us as a family to go every year. It is clean and comfortable.

Breakfast seem to have been reduced but it's still of quality.

Cleanliness isn't good. I took a time avoiding this property, especially because of the cleanliness. Bathroom was smelling bad. The property needs a renovation. Considering what the property offers, its state and cleanliness, the price is high.

Many problems in the room. We had a short circuit when plugging in a lamp. We were left without power in a large part of the room. No TV. We notified and they did not come to fix it. Clogged toilet, bathroom sink without cold water.

Spectacular cityscape with the river in the background. Beautiful surroundings as well with plenty of green spaces. At the same time, still connected with its urban heart.

Great staff. Clean room. Easy location to access everywhere in Porto Alegre.

Very loud. The hotel is on top of 2 main roads and the windows are not soundproof.

Location is very nice, in a great safe neighborhood, across a big park, ideal for exercising however a bit away from bars and restaurants. Close to a big, nice mall.Breakfast is ok, good choice however nothing exceptional.

Rooms are in evident need of maintenance.Bathrooms are relatively small.

the cleaners forgot to clean our room for several nights. In 3 different occasions when we returned to our room late in the afternoon our room wasn’t made. The cleaners ‘forgot’ to clean our room and make our beds.

the location is awesome, in front of the Marinha do Brasil park not too far from the Guaiba orla. the staff very friendly.

to get to the parking lot have to get someone to open the gate, but not a big deal.
