Doesn’t match Hilton standards

Towels had holes There was a buy I complained and no one reached out still . The a/c had problems and asked for blanket , they got me overused low quality blanket which wasn’t even clean

The room is clean and the food is good! It is in the city center

Air conditioner was difficult to regulate- no matter the setting, the room temperature was cold. Some days it was more comfortable to just cut the unit off.

The Hilton is superbly located with an excellent overall setup. Breakfast was enjoyable, the shower is outstanding, and the rooms are well equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV.

The standard room is modest in size, while the suite is perfectly suited for a couple.

Everything was fantastic, i don’t think there is a better place to recommend in Mbabane. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Breakfast was superb, with a great variety and excellent quality. The location is also very convenient and the facilities are top-notch.

The only minor point is the dinner buffet. On the nights I stayed (due to end of the year celebration), the options were quite limited (specially for kids) and there was no à la carte option available.

Rooms where good in terms of comfort and view. Bath rooms where very good.

I think the breakfast cost is way too much for what you serve. I think its way too much. The fridge in rooms 602/603 did not work. I did not know that they needed to be adjusted. Interlinking door handle came off, did report it to the front desk. Some plugs in the room did not work.

Staff where very sympathetic and professional

I requested additional items to the room in the app, which was not delivered after two requests. In my opinion the person handling online request was rude and needs customer experience training. This was the only inconvenience. The rest was fantastic

It's so modern and clean, the best place to relax and enjoy the view of the city.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Mbabane is the most architecturally pleasing Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. The room, the breakfast, and the fitness center were all very good. There's a supermarket within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. I really liked that the hotel was able to arrange a car and a driver for me to do some sightseeing in Eswatini.

It was a bit of a chore to arrange the airport to hotel transfer as the hotel staff initially sent me a PDF form by email asking me to provide my credit card information to guarantee the payment for the airport transfer knowing fully well that it was not a good idea to send credit card information by email. Then they sent me a payment link to pay for the airport to hotel transfer ahead of time, which I had to do even though the payment link was nit through Hilton or booking.com.Even though I'm a Hilton Honors Member and had paid for my 2 nights stay in advance, it appeared Hilton Garden Inn at Mbabane did not seem to trust its guests for a $50 airport to hotel transfer charge and had me pay it in advance through unsecured payment process, and not through Hilton or booking.com. I think Hilton Garden Inn at Mbabane could do better with this process and treat its guests better!

Cosy rooms, nice food, great location, friendly staff

The Rooms was comfortable and spacious, the staff very friendly, the breakfast was great, the self/hotel Laundry on the 1st floor was a blessing well done Hilton.

We had a 2-year-old, only thing I can recommend is maybe a kids club or some activities to keep the little one entertained during the stay.

you cannot open the windows in the rooms... and aircon was not working properly - they did come and fix it

Price was more than our expectation. Only one person assisting at breakfast and the place was full at 8h00 AMAt the eggs /omolete station.

It was my first time staying at a Hilton Hotel, and I had the best time of my life. The staff are amazing, from the driver who picked me up, Sofiso, to the front desk team, to those waiting on guests during meal times, they were all so friendly and lovely. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and I got a room with a lovely view of the town. The internet was also quite good and strong.

Good location, friendly and professional staff. Facility was what I expected from the brand - lots of outlets to charge phones, iPads etc. and comfortable.

The restaurant. . . We ordered 3 items - they were out of 2. The food wasn't very good although the service was fine.
