Holiday Inn Express Concepcion By IHG

Spacious and comfortable, good breakfast ?

Reception team very friendly ?

Location. Close to the airport.

A bit tricky to access off the highway.

Excellent breakfast with healthy options (happy to see chia and flaxseed!), super accommodating staff, convenient location to airport and large, busy mall across the street. Bathroom amenities included skin lotion!

No restaurant for dinner, but it was ok. One night we ate at a restaurant in the mall, and the other night we ate at the restaurant in the neighboring hotel. There is also a fancy $$ restaurant behind the Holiday Inn.

Staff and breakfast.

Shower soap.

Staff responded quickly to a need for a Queen Bed instead of two twin beds, the breakfast has several options

A little hard to control the heat in the room, the elevator could have been a little more spacious

Location, safe parking

Elevator not working, has become excessively crowded with the years, people staying there lack discipline stepping over each other to grab food at breakfast being excessively loud, breakfast is really basic fill food,

Location and staff

Parking lot is sometimes full being difficult to find a parking spot close to entrance.

Location and staff

Parking lot sometimes does not have free spots close to reception

Clean an modern. My wife liked the bath

There was a mosquito in our room I got a couple of bites in the night. The eggs at breakfast were too wet.

Hotel is very confortable with large rooms and excelent facilities. The breakfast is very good.Staff is super kind and support custom needs always with a smile.Nice locations with restaurants within walking distance.

No issues

Breakfest was ok, but the setup is crowded. Easily could be improved . Location was quite easy to find.

Close to UCSC. Grocery store in the walking distance.

I had to figure out why the AC kept turning on and off and the room was still cold. The temperature sensor was placed too close to the hot air fan.

The location, the design, comfy beds

TV had no Netflix app so I can load my account and no fridge, I had a prescription drug that needed to be refrigerated and I lost what was left.

Very comfortable and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was very well served. Good WiFi too.

Professional staff, helpful, clean, courteous

Breakfast lacked some items like honey not displayed, no muffins, cereal choice limited

Good SpreadWould pay more for better quality coffee, easy access to cappuccino etc.I would outsource to Marley coffee and give guests option to buy this in house.

The taps on my sink is loose when you shower the faucet leaks on the switch over, i.e. runs onto floor

Very clean. Welcoming snd helpful staff. Breakfast was really good.

There was a problem charging my card through booking.com which was a little stressful as my card details were correct but I received warnings that my booking would be cancelled at short notice.
