Arrived late evening and staff was very kind and helpful through check in process.

How the staff was king and helpful.

Secure easy to access parking, good restaurant, Hotel and restaurant staff pleasant and helpful, bathroom and shower are a good size, bed is comfy. Early breakfast open time for those who have an early work start.

Smart TV configured so you cant hook up to internet, lack of electrical plugs and are far away from bed. Room is a bit on the small side. With window open for fresh air quite a lot of traffic noise on side facing autopista and mall. Calms down at night anyway.

My worst experience in a hotel!!!!!The receptionist (Sofia) has a stone face… didn’t even great me at all!!!I told her I have a hearing problem and kept telling me something about the WiFi in the room and I wasn’t able to hear and or understand what she was saying. I asked her to repeat it and she kept the voice very low!I asked for a manager and she reply there’s now right now!Sofia is a very rude person and doesn’t belong in the reception desk and so do is the man that was standing next to her!!!Also a man standing next to her identical attitude!!!The room is tiny to say the least!In the bathroom no shampoo, conditioner or any toiletries. Just a liquid soap. No hand towel. Never again staying in IBIS hotels!!!Shame on you!!!

Nearby airport

Everything. Staff made a HUGE mistake with my bill, because of their unkind attention. Noisy. Extremely tiny uncomfortable room. Scarce breakfast. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Close to airport great bar open late , only 10 minutes away from casino if you like loosing money..

As I mentioned in my previous comment is a great place to with a great hard working staff, but unfortunately you have a couple of bad apples that would make the hotel loose a few customers, I would be happy to point them out , but maybe the law of this country would not be allowed.. happy to meet the manager at my own cost I lived overseas 33 years recently back to my beloved country and my beautiful LEbU..

Once again some staff were great, but the had some that they think, that they own the place which is a typical Chilean behaviour very hard to eradicate as I am a Chilean myself living overseas most of my life is a shame but I am very positive that can be improved, I love my country Chile but this type of behaviour by SOME staff makes me embarrassed…

Only 1 or 2 staff that myself I wouldn’t never ever employ make a great happy place look bad for the rest of the hard working and friendly staff…

Breakfast service is a disaster and very poor noise isolation at room.

The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of options. It has a good location. Easy to access and with a mall, supermarkets and restaurants close enough.

The cleanliness of the shower can be improved.

Standard Ibis hotel product. No surprises. Breakfast was good. Huge mall across the road and close to airport.

Restaurant was unheated so you need full winter clothing to enter if at the wrong time of year. So eat the breakfast quickly. Staff did not properly explain the payment procedure for foreigners and ended up paying 20% more with a debit card.

I emailed them and asked for an invoice, but their response was an automated message telling me what the check-in and check-out times are. This is simply not acceptable.

Price and clean room. It is what you pay for. No great amenities, but it serves the purpose of a short lenght stay,

Parking could be improved. Small spaces and not enough for hotel guests. Also, a soccer team delegation was staying at the hotel the same night and they were noisy and used bad language during breakfast. it is not the hotel's fault, but it would be helpful to know beforehand that they have big delegations in their website, so you can check whether or not to stay there

Clean and well located. Good and safe parking.

The bed in room 405 (where we stayed for 1 night) squeaks loudly with the slightest movement… very uncomfortable!!The outside noise (even with the windows closed during the night) was also very uncomfortable.

1. Room fares were excessive for the quality offered (door didn’t open normally, furniture with cracks, electric outlets without energy, etc)2. Poor acoustic isolation of the room (I heard everything from next room)
