- Super nice staff
- The hotel's location is perfect for those who have activities in Tromso. In 5 minutes, you are at the meet location for the tours, and many good restaurants are nearby. The breakfast is also good, there are a lot of options, and there is a gluten-free space dedicated to celiacs.
Cons -
- Small rooms with no place to set up luggage like a luggage stand No shelf space in bathroom
- The cleaning of the hotel could be better, even though new towels are provided every day by the staff. There was a noticeable crust of dirt on the floor in the bathing area, and the sink was clogged with a very dirty, yellowish color. The worst part was dropping my earring into the toilet brush holder; when I retrieved it, it was covered in muddy water.
