Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere

We really enjoyed our dinner in the hotel. Compliments to the chef. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Above average standard in Europe. Enjoyed the fantastic view in the bar at 25th floor.

Spacious rooms equipped with all necessary facilities and very quiet - very comfortable bed also!Breakfast is a bit busy, but the quality of the food is excellent.The hotel also has a small but well-equipped gym, and is located at walking distance from the centre - we did everything on foot.

Nothing to say about the hotel or rooms, impeccable!The parking is pretty convenient in a public parking next door, connected to the hotel via a walkway. But the spots are a bit tight, and the cost for parking is a bit steep.

They make everything feel impersonal and like a factory machine. Check-in line had 20 people, breakfast buffet area was full and barely any space to sit. Room has a cold unwelcoming look to it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had so many options that it was nearly impossible to try them all, even the famous Tampere-specialty „Mustamakkara“. Not just the breakfast options were delicious, also the restaurant food was fantastic. Service, of course, was wonderful too.Another Highlight for me was the music gallery with a lot of exhibition pieces of famous local Artists and bands.The room was so nice and comfortable, with a stunning view. The Sky Bar is defintely a „must visit“! The Location made travelling so easy during the stay, and also to quickly be in the city center.

I like the design of the whole place, my room. The staff was helpful. It was a wonderful experience for me to stay in the hotel. I was very happy. I love to stay in Moro Skybar. I love the food. Absolutely I will comeback.

Everytime when I come to Tampere, I live in this hotel and it is always as good as always,1, Spacious room and very clean. 2. Bath product with brand Ritual 3. Very nice breakfast4. Facility as Gym and Sauna, but I didn't use it this time.

some improvements this time:1. I asked the lady who checked me in for a printout of receipt. She told me I should contact booking.com as the hotel don't get the payment directly. I thought it is weired but understood the logic. The day after, another lady who checked me out printed out the receipt even before I asked. It means the receipt can be obtained from the hotel and the checkin lady should probably have known that. 2. The free sitting places in the lobby is still very limited. just one sofa with 3 places.

Easy check inn , very comfy bed , I had a bath tub in my room ( as requested ) , nice Ritual amenities , good housekeeping as well . The room was quiet . Very good breakfast (very crispy bacon :) and lot's of fresh fruit and good selection of sweet pastries . Helpful staff . This was my third visit and will certainly book again .

A bathrobe and slippers would have been nice .

Superb location next to train station. Staff allowed us to store our luggage at their storage room as we reached 6am. Breakfast was amazing, I love the variety.

The ceiling of the room… i cannot describe its condition & it made us uncomfortable.. the basement parking was also alittle confusing at the beginning.

Great location, very central and modern. Air con was a welcome addition to the hotel room. Great selection for breakfast, but rather chaotic, too busy.

Breakfast was chaotic, too many people. It felt like half the city were there. I have never seen such a long queue for hot food, people were queuing beyond the entrance to the dining room.

Spotlessly clean, quiet & great location. Good choices at breakfast choice. Sky bar was lovely with fab views across the city & beyond.

Only minus was the room was quite warm. Our air conditioning appeared not to work & windows didn’t open (on 16th floor), but not a huge problem.

The view and location is great - the gym is well kept and also the restaurant facilities and skybar is excellent

The parking system has an issue with German license plates - but they will fix it by Christmas.

Customer service was confusing and not very customer-oriented. I was expecting more.

At breakfast I asked one member of staff to clean table after other people,I was snapped back that we clean it anyway.She just wipe one small area and didn’t even take away dirty dishes.Another member of staff approached and removed dirty dishes and brought coffee and cream and wiped table ?
