Room view, outdoors nearby the hotel, food, parking. Friendly staff.

Room was smaller than we thought, swimming pool and sauna area were tiny considering the size of the hotel, first time ever being in sauna that was literally full. Needed to buy the slippers to swimming area. Shampoo and other shower products could have been better, no shower gel left. Would have wanted to have a bed for all, sofa is not that comfortable and would be nice to use it as sofa. We did not feel it was a 4 star hotel. More tips with kids for the stay would have been appreciated. First time leisure trip to Tampere.

The lady at reception went way out of her way to help my son locate his carry on which he mistakenly left th the rental car garage at the Helsinki airport. She won the lottery for him as they located his. Bag. Amazing dedication to helping a guest

Only thing was no heat in my room

Lots of dogs and their doghair in the hotel and in the room.Dirty dishes at breakfast place all around.

My room had a view over the Lake which was a bonus as I stayed for four nights. Breakfast was good, but be prepared for it to be very busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Remember to collect the Car Park "voucher" to place in on your Car dashboard when you check in. The number 10 bus goes from right out side the hotel which takes you in to the centre of town, and you can tap in/pay using your bank card (Runs about every 10 to 15 minutes). So, no need to move the car. I ate at the hotel for two nights out of my four, the food was freshly prepared and tasty. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location by the lake.

A little outdated, but clean and nice.

The environment was peaceful, the pool and sauna were clean and nice.

The double bed was not very good, the bed, mattress and pillow that was for the children were not suitable and comfortable. The mattress was bigger than the bed and the sheets were small. In general, the beds were not suitable and good.

The breakfast was good, the location is nice.

Inside the room, there was some funny smell, but the windows were sealed, so you can't get some fresh air.

They have forgot to fill the minibar, and i my colleagues room it was not possible to lower the heating

Too noisy, poor soundproofing in the room

Great location. Very close to the city center. We came to see the NHL Global Games- Go Panthers! To get to the center of the city it’s an easy bus ride or Uber. The room was very very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Breakfast, restaurant food and the staffs are friendly

We can hear from our room the noise from the hallway when kids were running and shouting and also conversations from next room is easily heard from our room. In short, the rooms are probably not soundproof and probably in between walls are thin because we hear them talking or moving a chair

Location was fantastic in a sense that it was in nature and next to summer teather. Food was excellent both for breakfast and at bistro. Staff is really professional

Considering how old facilities are price is way too high. Also fan at the room was making horrible noise during the night (and day). Considering price those basic things should function and be fixed when the building is already very old which shows from facilities.

The best part of this hotel is its location. With the forest on one side, the beach on the other side and the city center at walking distance. The breakfast was also very nice.

The hotel facilities feel outdated and there are so many corners/entrance/doors opening to a dark staircase that it feels a bit dead and unsafe. As a woman solo traveller, using the sauna or the pool (underground floor) didn't feel safe (doors not locking properly, no staff at this level, very dark...)I picked this hotel for the beautiful forest location and my room had a view... On the parking lot....In the room, the bathroom overflowing with water from the shower not having a full closing door is a new concept that I didn't experience before. It seems to be made this way though so I think it is just how it is done in Finland. Not specifically this hotel.

I give a credit of 10,it is a cool place to stay,beauriful nature , clean rooms, nice and jovial service at the reception.Best breakfast ever.The staffs offer good services.good job.free spacious parking.Very easy check in and check out process.bravo!

Extremely hot room. Air conditioning did not help. 26,5 degrees inside with outside temperature 18 degrees in the morning. When asking for the discount due to room temp the staff advised no discount possible as the room was already paid for. I would not recommend staying there in the summer time as simply too hot inside.

Driving by car, the location is perfect. Breakfast was excellent. The room was a standard hotel room, but it was quiet, clean and cool.

1. For two person, there was only one bathroom towel. Bathroom towels were not supplied nor replaced !2. Parking places were advertised but for second night there were not free parking place present.Also hotel underground parking place was not offered as alternative.
