Clean, spacious room. Excellent heated bathroom floor! Restaurants were great snd easy. Mini mart has good selection and the included breakfast was good as well.

The spa was a bit underwhelming for multiple days. One time was enough especially since saunas were separated mens/womens .

Location to our daughter but it¿s out of the way for most other things. Close to bus stop. Restaurants on site. Breakfast was great!

The hotel has nice pools, 2 different saunas (steam and normal finnish sauna) and jacuzzi, if you are interested in the spa.The hotel is clean and breakfast is ok, nothing very special.The bed was comfortable

I think the price is too high for what is offered.But my main issue was that the staff is not so well trained, being very rude in different occasions. Conpletely unecessary.The spa area had nice pool and some jacuzzis, but only separate sauna places for men and women.The location is not good if you don't have a car.For a holiday inn experience, this one was way bellow the expected. I don't reccommend it.

Room was great, with a view on the lake, and balcony to do exercise; breakfast was OK; nice walk on the lake in the evening

Great breakfast, beautiful scenery around. Easy access to take the bus towards downtown.

The swimming section was really nice, breakfast was good, room was really spacious and comfortable. View from the balcony was incredible - sunset was beautiful to watch!

Kitchen was lacking a sink and oven - especially when paying for the bigger apartment style room it would have been nice to have those. Price could have been lower, but to be fair we did go during the easter holiday so prices were expected to be high.

Property need deep cleaning. Sofa bed mattress were worse.

Not a good thing to say you are a spa if no morning swim on weekdays.

Spa center is very good, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very healthy and had a lot of local food.

Not the biggest selection for breakfast.

Liked: The view was amazing, the apartment was clean and spacious.Disliked: The kitchen wasnt really a kitchen since there was no sink nor oven. Why to even have space for kitchen if you can’t use it properly?

You can not go to Sauna without paying the rather high spa fee (other hotels offer sauna usage free of charge)

Chaos in the breakfast lounge, just awful and very messy.Night cap at the bar was very expensive. Congnac and Baileys 4cl each 28€. ?

The view onto the lake was nice.

Breakfast very basic and low quality. Staff not very interested in providing good service. Not great atmosphere (Kiosk that looks like a gasstation shop right next to the reception), parts of the interior not well maintained and out of style. Spa is expensive for what it is (basically just a pool and some jacuzzis. Only one sauna. Almost no hangout area. Poolbar looks a bit cheap, not very great atmosphere here either.) Restaurant food was expensive and really bad. Overall not a great experience.It's a shame because the building itself is a beautiful old brick house with a history and has some good interior elements so you get an idea of how nice it could be but it feels like nobody is making an effort. Would definitely not recommend.

Location, Dinner at Cotton restaurant and breakfast was average, staff was polite.

Facilities were very poor1. No telephone in the room2. No toiletries, body lotion. It is a four star hotel and it expects you to BUY toothpaste, toothbrush from its store. 3. No coffee machine or water heating kettle at the room. We had to ask the reception to get the heating kettle. Even a decent room has coffee powder and sugar to make coffee. 4. Bed quality was horrible, not comfortable at all.5. You need to pay to use the bathrobe and slippers. 5 euros each per person, ridiculous

Breakfast was good, room was nice, big balcony, the saunas and showers were nice and looked really good.

Except of the saunas and the showers the rest of the spa was a bit dull, and even a bit more dull.I know that the charger outside (Tesla) is not the hotels, but it didn't work, none of the two. But it's in the hotels parking lot and the parking costs and there's an add for Tesla destination charging.

Very good shower pressure. Quiet. Quite good breakfast.

A bit narrow and short of space parking/inner yard, but cars did fit. Could be more electric car charging places nearby.

The room was big, with sauna, two toilets and very spacious. Very nice views. All was clean and the breakfast was complete.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was lacking more sweet options (nutella or so).

Nice warm pool and jacuzzis. Breakfast plentiful. The double rooms are useful and they have even saunas for private use.

You have to pay extra for bathrobes, and even slippers for each person. The biggest rooms / apartments apparently are in a separate building next door, which you need to go through an open space. In the winter time, obviously is a cold experience when wet with your bathrobe. We’ve been here already 3 times because of the spa, and each time the staff has been dead serious, and don’t exchange smiles at all. We didn’t even get any wishes for a happy Christmas (even when it was 24th). The staff needs to understand they are in a service business and the management needs to get them trained asap, or change the staff. Then monitor the results.

Parking was under the roof so car did not get covered with snow. Room was clean and beds were really comfortable. There was everything in one building, for example: spa, small shop, restaurant, bar etc

Our ac controller wasnt working and we were not able to change the room temperature, other than that everything was good
