The room, sauna in the room, breakfast was amazing, rooftop, rooftop sauna.
The sink was blocked, it was hard to find to the hotel from the carage. Shower was slow.
The location.
The theme music constantly playing. Been there before, but this time the volume was fortunately lower. Breakfast was fair, but buffet absolute rubbish. Rooms are rather small but it had two comfortable bucket seats. Too few English TVchannels and none with entertainment.
Very well cleaned and the staff was kind and helpful. It was a joy to visit this hotel. Love the smell of their soap!
I thought the roof top bar was similar to Hotel Torni's, but seems like it's only a summer time thing. Nice views anyway
Lapland is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Service is top notch. Breakfast is incredible. Location and access to the arena can't be beat. Worth every cent.
It felt like the air quality wasn’t the best. Like we didn’t get enough fresh air and the air in the room was dry. We would have liked to open the window a bit to let in fresh air.
We were here for just a night and it was very comfy. Our room had an extra bed with a little window that you could whatch the snow falling. This was our highlight! The beds in general were very comfortable. The shower and toilet have even a audio speaker so you can listen to music or TV while showering for example. The Hotel is right next to the Nokia Arena. You can pass from the parking through the hall of the arena and you reach the hotel very quickly. Everything is explained very good. The atmosphere in this hotel is really beautiful. I'ts very easy to park your car in the Aimo Parking Garage. The Breakfast has a variety of food in the best quality. Try also the restaurant in the evening. We can recommend it.
The only thing that we didn't expect is that we had to wait a long time for the starter (salad) and the main course in the restaurant. It wasn't even crowded. But the staff was friendly anyway. We don't know if the hotel can be loud during a concert or game. Because at our stay there wasn't a event.
Hotel is opened not so long time ago, so everything is new. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is close to train station and shops are nearby. Internet was working good. Sauna is nice.
Everything was fine.
The rooms are big and clean with a modern bathroom. The area is quiet and very close to a tram stop. There is a supermarket just neneath the hotel and a couple restaurants.
Each room has it's own router which makes the wifi connection terrible due to all the interference. Also, guests having physical access to routers shouldn't be that easy from a security perspective..There is no reception or staff on the premises, so you literally have no help. Good luck sleeping if the battery in the fire alarm is low and now the fire alarm beeps every 2 minutes. We had to wait almost 36h for this to be fixed. We are still not sure if tge person we chatted with was a bit or a bored employee that didn't want to get up and work. You need internet access to learn your room number and the code, so before coming to tge hotel make sure to find a wifi access point or have internet. Bob W. doesn't have a guest wifi at the hotel
the amenities, staff & breakfast at any Lapland hotels are simply amazing
super difficult to find affodable parking
Had no issues with finding the entrance - video guides sent beforehand were very useful. The location is great if you are attending an event at the arena, as you don't even have to go outside. The staff was very friendly and nice, provided me with all the information I needed. I turned up quite early, prepared to leave my luggage and come back to check in later, however the receptionist found a room which was ready and I could go there straight away! I asked for a small favour before arrival and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill my request. The room itself was cosy, with warm decor and beautiful lighting. The bathroom was very nice (it even had a speaker so you can listen to music/tv), with lovely toiletries. I had an issue with the shower but it was sorted within 10min of calling reception.Lots of choice at breakfast, and the restaurant (as well as the reception) had a nice atmospheric decor. The elevators work a bit differently, but I really like it and I think they are actually more efficient, especially at busy times.
Was quite surprised there was no mini fridge in the room. The view would have been nice if it wasn't blocked by metal construction bits of the arena...
The location was nice. Very close to the Train station and close to the city center. Overall, it was nice, and the breakfast option was great.
Well, i did no like that there was no gym in the facility.
The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the.food was amazing. Breakfast was great also lots of choice and very tasty

Breakfast
No coffee machine, after cleaning 2 days did not put coffee mix and I had to ask.
Sauna inside bathroom of hotelroom !Great restaurant…
I struggled a bit to find parking entrance …
As a vegan traveller: Lapland Hotels Arena still has the best breakfast for vegan diet. They have many options to pick and order from the kitchen directly, plus delicious coffee and good service. The room and atmosphere are great for both a short and longer stay.
Pleasant
Absolutely overpriced compared to what you are getting. Attempting to reach the kind of service levels as St. George, Kamppi etc., but falling short on many levels. Service was nice and friendly, but the facilities were underwhelming. Would expect much better for 200€+ a night.
The bathroom and sauna are amazing. Great lighting and really good breakfast selection.
Terrible coffee at breakfast.
