The location and cleanliness
It was close to the train station
The location next to the train station was very handy. The breakfast buffet was excellent

Cons -

Lack of TV channels and number of tour busses
The failure to repair 2/3 elevators causing long waits. They couldnÂ¿t find one of my reservations. The bar is not really a bar as they have staff who does not know how to mix cocktails
They have three elevators. One was completely down the entire time. One went down and took. A day to repair leaving one which the. Started to break down so it took forever to get up or down. The bar is really not a bar as they have limited choices

Very convenient location-close to downtown and next to Train station.The very best was the breakfast buffet.Exceptional with great selection. So impressed by the kitchen staff whom went out of there way to serve me 2 plates of food because I had slept in.

A little bit of traffic noise that I was not use to having as I slept with the window open for more air!
