Citybox Bergen City is an affordable design hotel in the city center. It offers self-service check-in and Scandinavian-designed rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Pros +
- There was no staff to interact with, the room was clean and minimal and the showers were hot.
- Location is great for taking a train in the morning and room sizes are spacious, kitchen area is nice and clean so can make your own breakfast there. Shared bathrooms are nice looking.
- The location is perfect. Close to the train and bus station as well as in walking distance to Bryggen. Good showers.
Cons -
- Honestly, no. I would absolutely stay there again.
- Coffee machine didn't work and took my money only giving me hot water. Staff never credited my bill even though I made them aware of issue. :(
- I do not like that they charge extra for kids. They have no TV in rooms. Staff is not always present.
