Friendly staff, parking, good breakfast

The location was really good, parking was free for quests and the breakfast was nice as well.

The rooms were small and the bathroom was extra small. There is SPA area but with extra charge.

Spacious and clean room, very quiet, good location. Sauna was a nice feature in the room.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The thing i didn't know is that you can pay extra 10 euros at the counter and have an access to spa which was good. ( I was lucky enough to have the whole spa for myself) :)

Great atmosphere in the foyer and the room itself. Very clean. Late breakfast on weekends with good fruit options.

Floor was squeaky. Breakfast was on the modest side, but everything you expect from a continental breakfast is still there (and fruit selection was good).Wifi had interruptions.

Good breakfast included in the price. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is in walking distance from the city center.

The back door entrance (the only one available after 8 pm) opens with a code and it takes up to a minute for the code to work. The hotel is old. All the facilities, including room furniture and bathroom, would benefit from some renovation. Good for one night, but not more.

In the new building it is way too hot, no conditioner or anything, even during the evening and nights can feel how much hotter the new building is compared to the old. I don't think the price for the value was very good, even without 20 eur per night for the dog, still too expensive for a very simple room and very simple breakfast.

The hotel is a good size, comfortable and clean, has a nice old house feel, a beautiful little spa, a very nice and white dining room, retro feel. free parking, plenty of space, good location, central square was close by

I can't even say, but check-in time was limited, although this is understandable in low season. The room was spacious enough, with modern furnishings, but there was not much space and shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Good location, facility and breakfast.

Cozy hotel, helpful staff. Especially I would like to point out spotless cleanliness of the room. Off season (January), there was just handful of guests and the hotel was absolutely calm (the only source of noise were our two kids).

Nice location, nice staff, very friendly lady in restaurant, dogs allowed, clean place, we felt special staying there for xmas as there was almost no one there :)

Pillows could be a bit more comfier, maybe a bit too warm (we opened window and it was okay)

Breakfast was good enough for me, plenty of choices to fill your stomach. The location of the hotel was good for the purpose of my trip. Some good pubs nearby, within walking distance.

The lack of air conditioning made it a little uncomfortable on a day when the sun had shone and heated the room. Maybe also the proximity of the spa department and the humid air (rain) made the situation worse. Reception and bar was closed early in the evening for the night.

The experience with the staff was 5 stars..they made us feel special and took care of all our requests.the reception, kitchen and housekeeping made our stay exceptional

Staff was very friendly, quite good breakfast and pretty room.

There is no air conditioner in the room. As we stayed when outside temperature was +26, it was so hot even with open windows.

Room was spacious.

Wifi was not working on the third floor. And the water was dripping from the ceiling during the rain.

Great breakfast and good location. The room and the bed were huge. The TV barely managed to get a picture which made foran entertaining experience.

Where to start? The room was incredibly hot, no aircon, no fan. Even with the window open fully, there was no airflow. There was no minifridge and no couch despite one being advertised. There was, however, a tiny chair with ripped vinyl and, instead of a kettle and mugs, two beer glasses and what appeared to be a 1960's vintage can opener. Overall, it's a bit Stanlist. We found the whole experience quite funny overall.

actually nothing, ok…it was clean

The older lady in the front desk was quite arrogant and not very nice. The hallways and the rooms have no airconditioning, it was like 28 degrees all the time. The breakfast was very poor and the coffee machine was not working properly, the coffee tasted awful! The juice machine was from artificial syrups, they tasted so bad? There was plenty of cleaning stuff walking around the hallways, they never greeted their quests…
