Spacious room, plesant spa.

Due to an event in Rakvere it was not possible to arrive to the hotel by car, neither park it to the parking area advertised in the Booking.com. Felt cheated. Hotel's facilies advertised in Booking.com should be accurate and reliable, not informed in the confirmation letter once the room is paid.

A wonderful spa with lot of different pool and saunas. Location was very close to the center of Rakvere.

Location is very good and central with a big parking, rooms and lobby looks new, food was tasty for both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Spa had big choice of saunas .

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Good selection at the breakfast buffet.

While showering the water spreads all over the bathroom floor. The water scraper is provided in the room, but it does not dry the floor fully.

The location is exceptional. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The SPA area is quite modern. Breakfast was all good.

The room was located in another building - it takes a few minutes every time to find it in the maze of corridors :)

The reception is very rude. She doesn't explain anything and you have to figure everything out yourself!

Comfortable room, rich breakfast, very friendly personnel. we enjoyed our time in spa with great selections of saunas.

the room was a little cold and every time we did leave the room it was switching back to cold temperature.

Clean room, good breakfast, nice bed. Spa was very nice and relaxing - suitable for children.

Good location. Helpful staff everywhere in reception, restaurant and spa. Cozy rooms, everything what you need is there. Free parking close to hotel. Number of different saunas is spa.

Plastic trees in juniper sauna was awful experience. Wine list by glass should be improved, please remove low priced supermarket wines from it.

Hotel gives luxurious vibes. It has water features, carpets and bling. Even the cheapest room was nice and it had great beds. We also enjoyed breakfast and nice waterpark with view of a medieval church! Location in the centre of Rakvere was good. There was huge parking area at the front of the hotel and multiple restaurants and shops at the short walking distance.

It was low season, so it can effect some things, those are just a minor cons. Water park bar had little bit lack of ingredients, there was quite noisy construction going on near somewhere and it woke me up early. It would be also great to have some more instructions in the room about using the waterpark and paying with wristband.

Rooms look fresh, there is enough sockets for your devices. Spa is roomy and has everything that you would need. What was really exceptional - kids playroom. Now this was a very big room with a good playground, a trampoline, TV and clean fresh toys. With kids this place is amazing.

Well, not all of the saunas are open in the morning. But they could be open at lunch time. Salt and infrared saunas could be accessed after 15. But in total it is worth the price

Great waterpark, breakfast and location. Comfy bed and accessories.

The room was very noisy till 10pm due to the pool. Shower floods all the toilet. I got no room service.

Very nice place to stay, I didn't like the fact that at reception you speak English, though girls understand Russian (as we were speaking between in Russian), the rest was very good, the food in the restaurant as well, massage was nice, and the spa in general was quite good)

Not all people who speak Russian are coming from Russia, even though there should no any discrimination on the Language.

The general facilities of the hotel were excellent, and I found the price-quality ratio to be adequate in that regard. However, considering the room size and quality (please see below), I believe there is some room for improvement.

Unfortunately, the room felt quite small for three adults. It was a bit cramped, which made it difficult for us to move around comfortably. Additionally, the extra bed provided was not very comfortable. It could benefit from a topper to improve its comfort level.

Everything was perfect. The location, breakfast, spa -area, spa-treatments.

The staff can be improved at the reception.

The spa was not very large but the sauna center compensated for that short coming. It was comfortable enough to be there with a toddler, all the necessary extras like baby pool floaty were provided. The breakfast was very good, a very solid selection with a few surprises like two different fresh fish to choose from along with a choice of ice cream. The location of our room was very good, we only had 20 steps to get into the spa. Did not have to use a elevator or anything so that was very convenient.

The mattress on the bed was a bit too soft, it felt like you were sinking in the bed. The rooms tend to be on the small side, would be nice if they were a little bit bigger. Coffee amounts should be bigger so you don't have to run multiple times for coffee. Toddler chairs could be a bit more updated so that toddlers of all ages can sit in them comfortably.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special, they could have more special diet options. Spa was nice and easy to access from rooms. Temperatures in pools and air much higher than average spa, which is good with small kids.

Cleaners didn't come and I had to ask it from reception. Room temperature was too high, asked from reception change it, they said they will send maintenance to check it, no one ever came. Cleaners (which we had to specially ask) had left our door unlocked. Cleaners also changed our kids morning gown to adult size. Asked also from reception if they could bring kids size gown back. They said they will, no one ever came. Seems that there are not enough cleaners.Service was polite but nothing happened even after pointing out the issues..
