Holiday Inn Express Asuncion Aviadores

Space and clean

Bed is hard then IHG line hotels.

Price includes parking, breakfast and wifi, so no unexpected extras

Staff very helpful and friendly Free breakfast and free internet Over all a positive experience

We wish there were more programs in English besides two or three news channels.

Great service for a great price

Very comfortable room that felt clean and modern. The people working at the front desk were very nice and professional, and they made the check-in and check-out processes very easy.

The water in the shower was constantly going hot-cold-hot-cold. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The moulding around the door to the room detached from the wall and came crashing down when someone tried to open the locked door. The entire wood frame came off.

Easy check in process. Clean modern room. Fast internet with ethernet port in room. Friendly staff. Modern bathroom - shower only. Tea kettle was a nice touch. Safe in room and mini fridge. Great lighting with switch by bed for hall light.

Not given 2 beds as ordered so had to share 1 bed. The maid opened the door without knocking while we were sleeping - twice. Somebody from reception phoned us in the room at 9 am when we were sleeping, to verify our stay - not sure what this was about... could maybe have waited until 12:00 checkout to do this instead of waking us up unnecessarily. Spare roll of toilet paper in bathroom would have been nice. No information in the room about any amenities or room service or breakfast. Very few channels available on TV and Netflix and You tube did not work at all. Instructions in the room for how the lights and a/c work with the room key card would have been helpful. Room service would be a nice option.

Very good location, clean

Noise, loud talking and closing doors in the hallway, during rest hours.

I booked and got confirmation # but when I checked in they said ours was canceled and also they don’t have any room available

Decent room with a good bathroom.Great breakfast.Has a desktop in the room.Private parking.Helpful and friendly staff.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast (fresh fruit were incredible)

It could get a little noisy when opening windows, due to the main road

Excellent breakfast, great service, attentive staff, good location.

Water pressure, even at the second floor. Office chair should be higher. There ought to be a restaurant on premises. That is all.

Very clean, well maintain hotel up to international standards. The staff were professional, the pool nice, excellent buffet preakfast with lots of choices. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Excellent hotel for the price.

There is just one problem with this very fine accomodation- the location is a bit isolated. There are two shopping malls a 15-20 minute walk away.. Other than the food courts no restaurants nearby or nice place to stroll. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant either.

I liked the gym and the pool, since they have incredible views.

Newer hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great shower

Nothing!;

New, friendly, clean, nice pool and gym on roof top, close to shops and restaurants

The Breakfast is really good, great selection!

Our room was pretty noisy from the main street below. Rooms on the other side of building would probably be better, so we will request that next time.

Excellent breakfast and a refreshment of coffee &cakes are available around day for free of charge. The staff in reception very helpful by all mean and they make life easy.

Breakfast awesome, staff super friendly good value

Everything was great

very clean, great staff, great location, nice breakfast

expensive

A new property, with a very nice room and bathroom and a continental breakfast to start the day. Amazingly friendly staff.

Windows are not sound-proof, and the hotel is situated in a very busy road, with traffic starting around 6 a.m. The hotel does not have a restaurant and does not offer room service, but there is a wine bar right next to the property.
