Great staff, excellent restaurant, the pool area is fantastic. Good location in the historic center.

I asked for a room far away from the construction since they are remodeling and ended up with one directly below. During the day it was very loud with hammers and saws directly above making it impossible to relax in the room. Nighttime was fine though.

Excellent staff from front desk to restaurant staff and housekeepers.

The front desk staff -especially Muriel on afternoon/evenings was terrific! Professional, friendly, extremely helpful!The hotel is in a good part of town just a couple of blocks from the major tourist sites.The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Wifi signal is strong throughout the facility.Restaurant had very nice hot breakfast options.

I liked the location, the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was good.They offer free parking which is a plus if you are staying in downtown. Breakfast was great.

The toilet didn't work properly and cleaning of the room wasn't done the second day of my stay because the staff saw the Don't disturb" sign in the morning and didn't check it in the afternoon.

I liked to location. Staff let me into the breakfast a little early.

It is in the process of renovation, but did not cause me much problems. My room had not been renovated yet. I booked expecting breakfast included, but was told that it was not. They gave me a breakfast pass because I had expected it which was really nice, but it was a bit frustrating having arrived after 30 hours of traveling.

Excellent staff, very helpful and spoke good English. Good location walking distance from the town centre. Nice swimming pool.

Would have prefered hot to have been on the ground floor.

Had to select 3 different rooms before settling on first as decoration works smell getting into rooms. Even though non-smoking, one of the rooms offered had been used by a smoker. Not many speak English. Breakfast fresh food left open with flies landing on food like cheese, ham, fruit etc. and you have to do everything yourself. Whilst bar near pool, not staffed so unable to get drinks in 38degree heat. Reception colleague pushed in front of us to grab yogurt for herself and then had attitude when challenged on final bill which was not our doing. Access to underground car park is straight through breakfast area. Overall not usual Crowne Plaza standard

The hotel staff was very nice and and they were attentive to all our requests. They help us with everything.

The room wasn’t made for two beds and it felt very small, there were almost no storage space and no drawers. The food was the same every day.

The place is due for a refurbishment, and the sound isolation is very deficient. The gym needs to be cleaned or at least wet sanitizing wipes should be provided (some machines were sticky)

A decent business hotel in the old down town.There is a good bar and restaurant on the same street if you want something more than a club sandwich. The pool area is nice too with views of the river.

Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

Good lobby, garden and restaurant

That's not 5 stars hotel. Yes they have a great lobby and restaurant, but the rooms are too small and durty.The fridge is wobbly and not fixed. Sockets are very old and worn out. the sewer is clogged and the water in the sink does not drain, there is no extractor fan in the toilet, the windows do not open. Towels was dirty.Carpet stained.in the shower only soap and shampoo.

Nice place and the 5th floor Bar was amazing! The Bartender guy was vey nice and helpful you need to recognize this boy!

A/C didn’t work in my room
