Nice, cool, comfortable and really helpful staff. Was a great stay.

The lobby bar had NYC pricing. $14 for an expresso without alcohol. Everything else was good.

The room was dated. There removed the wallpaper in the bathroom, but they didn’t replace. The patio door would not lock.

clean room, good wifi, nice amenities (cafe, gym on site, 24-hour desk), pretty good breakfast, friendly staff.

bed wasn’t super comfortable. they say they have free parking but only have about five spots, so if you don’t get there early you’ll be driving around looking for street parking. also, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there’s a big construction project going on right next door so it’s noisy during the day.

Great staff - very polite and accommodating. Stylish and relatively new hotel with good breakfast. Lots nearby / convenient location. We had to check in well after midnight due to flights and the front desk staff were there (seems like it's staffed 24/7). Picked up dinner a few times from the restaurant and the sandwiches were really good. Would stay again.

We had a room with a kitchen and the set up of that was a bit strange. There were pans but no plates or cups. We didn't end up using so didn't really impact our stay.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean. Breakfast had lots of variety. Location was close to restaurants and malls.

Since I visited in Paraguay, I left my phone number only in Hotel reception desk and my colleague too. Unfortunately, at midnight at 1, 2,3 am and in the early morning at 4, 5 am somebody gave me call to my phone number from random numbers, and my mentor who helped me during my stay she told me that someone tries to hack you. It was really inconvenient. I think they lost or their registration system hacked by somebody?

Too far from sites but very convenient to the mall

The staff was very nice and helpful in everything, the building have all you need and the location is great.

Location is horrible. Extremely noisy at night and the restaurant that serves breakfast plays really loud music as from 6 am.We did ask for a room change due to the noise but both rooms were really noisy.

The hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to tourist areas and restaurants. A very nice and relatively new hotel located in a semi-residential area a couple of blocks from a main road. I felt very safe in the neighborhood in the day and at night. I checked in early, 5am, and the hotel was able to accommodate me for the extra day.

The location is good, you have a jazz bar and a nice French bakery just next to the hotel

My room and a coworker’s room had a bad smell. A lot of noise from the back of the hotel where apparently there is a parking lot with food trucks playing loud music

Great location, excellent bedroom size!

Poor breakfast, few options and the food was cold.The parking lot is extremely small and always full, you need to park in a private parking next to the hotel that charges you more than previously advertised.

Location, rooftop, rooms but by far the best was the staff. Truly amazing service.

Good and clean location

Very noisy untill 3 am in the night about the bar directly under my room. No view from the balcony. A bit too expensive

Took a studio: big room with small kitchen (very useful). Very confortable, clean, sunny in the morning and until 2pm.Quite during the night.Very good location near all the shopping area of Villa Mora and others. Easy for walking and good choice of restaurants.

The building is not 'finished' hence some dirty area (including the swimming pool area).

A comfortable bed and room. Great design and layout both in room and broader hotel. Alexis at reception helped us out big time when our original room had noise coming in from the nearby restaurant (he changed our room). Excellent service. Well done.

Nothing, a wonderful stay.

The location is very central and near all the bigger shopping centres. The bed was enourmes and comfortable. The view from our room also was quite good.

There was not enough parking space at the establishment and the streets were almost always full because of other restaurants nearby. If you got to park in theyr dedicated parking area, you needed to leave your car at the entrance, get the personal and ask them to unlock the barrier. If you wanted a guaranteed parking space it needed to be paid for extra. The breakfast was not included and way to expensive for its quality. The shower needed to run for at leat 5 minutes until there was hot water.

I stayed here because I came to Paraguay simply to hike the country's high point. I found it to be a super good hotel. I paid $130 for a two night stay in what is a 5* Rochester chain hotel. Ingrid is the manager there, is really helpful and speaks great English. They are very keen to provide a driver facility to take clients down to hike Cerro Tres Kandu in the future.As for the hotel it is super clean, with good rooms (huge beds!) and it has a nice ambience. The best thing is that all the staff are very amenable, professional and nice to speak to. I did not eat there so can't say anything about the food. It is also in a good location with nearby bars, shops and eating places.

Rooftop bar is small and all tables were reserved at the time of my stay. Drinks at the bar are incredibly expensive but that is normal at hotels everywhere.
