Old furnishings, was feces on the outside of toilet bowl

The hotel was close to the city sites and only a five minute walk to the ferry terminal. The location was quiet. The staff was very friendly and did not hesitate to help us. The buffet breakfast had a lot of good food and many choices.

Location next to the Visby wall. Close to bus and ferry as well as other services. Room with a view. Nice breakfast. Clean facility.

Location is perfect if you are taking ferry, probably closest to the hotel. Close to all shops and cafes, very friendly stuff, also let me leave my backpack after checkin for few hours

decent breakfast, although some fruits were a bit spoiled.I got lucky and my room was ready earlier than checkin, it wasn’t peak season. However, it wasn’t clean, dustbin had some stuff inside from previous guest

Slightly weird room layout for a hotel but actually very efficient. Locked up kitchen cabinets (maybe they open if you request?) loved having kettle for tea coffee.

Property has convenient location, friendly staff, a big size room for this money.

There was only one tiny table for everything and glass surface, so it was hard to work with laptop. No microwave means it was impossible to heat most of the food.

The room was in the older part of the hotel I think, it was quite run-down and not very fresh unfortunately. The mattress was a tad bit too soft causing me some back issues.

The location was great. Very quiet, close to the centre, bus station and ferry terminal. The breakfast was very rich and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room could have been just a little cleaner/less dusty, although it didn't feel exactly dirty. The window looked out to the parking lot. A better view would've been nice but not necessary.

Property is situated close to the port, wonderful and friendly staff and an excellent selection at breakfast. Our stay was comfortable and cosy and we loved sitting by the fire with a warm drink. We loved our time in Visby and would happily return again.

First room wasn’t cozy at all. They changed it when we asked and then we got a much better one. So quite a big difference between rooms

Dog friendly, even allowed dog in common areas if well behaved. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. The location is just outside the wall, 5 minutes walk to Visby center and down to the strand.

Good location (close to old town as well as to the ferry terminal), good sized basic room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. It had everything we needed during our weekend trip

This hotel surpassed our expectations! Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful comfy rooms, great breakfast, and welcoming environment! Couldn’t have asked for more!
