Fantastic stay. Rooms were well equipped and laid out well. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Location was good - about 15 mins walk into town. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Personell were not enthusiastic about their work. more bored with their work.Hotel was quite new but air conditioning was missing.

Nice hotel. Very quite. Nice pool. Good location

There wasn't much not to like! Full of amenities and ways to enjoy your stay, there was plenty to like about staying at the hotel, from mini-golf, to a pool, sauna, hot tub, bike rentals, full breakfast, and more!

The only thing that bothered me was the comfort of the beds, there were a bit stiff for my liking.

Breakfast was nice and the staffs were more helpful.Only problem is transport communication between Hotel and ferry terminal.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Like location and grounds.

No staff on site after about 11pm. No one answered phone at hotel when calling for help after midnight due to room next door holding a drinking party with loud music.

The breakfast was fine, decent variety, though it was always very busy and staff were slow to clear tables.

Very good breakfast. Good location and car parking available onsite. Service was good and friendly. Rooms are practical and met our expectations. Nice pool and available activities like mini golf. Nice view from hotel.

The pool and closeness to visby

Room wasn’t cleaned during 4 day stay , bins were right outside our door so one morning was woken at 6 am with them emptying them into trucks! Car parking used to be free now it’s 115 sek a day. Charging for crazy golf when your paying 3000 sek a night ! Breakfast was repetitive. Some other guests were quite noisy even though it’s supposed to be a family hotel. Most staff seemed about 18-22, not sure how they would cope with a serious issue

Very nice, big room with big kitchen.

De hotel is directly to a main road. Since there is noairco you have to decide wether you want to sleep with noice or in a too warm bedroom.

Incorrect Information! No sea view!!

I paid for a sea view room but didn't get one!! The hotel is far from the sea, there is no sea view. So, both hotel and booking.com provided incorrect information!!! I contacted the booking.com customer service and provided images from the room view to prove that I didn't get a room with sea view and spent half an hour on the phone talking, but they did nothing!! Customer service was supposed to contact the hotel and send me a message the day after, but nothing happened during our stay!! They just ignored us!!

As already rated, it was there better than good. We were extremly satisfied, the room was totally ok, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast really much and really good, the cleanliness top. There is nothing to claim :-)Thank you for this wonderful stay.
