Nice clean room

A very drunk man knocked on my door in the middle of the night. I thought it was someone from the hotel and opened it he either asked to come in my room or go to his I shut the door in his face and was pretty scared. Problem is there is no one at reception at night. Iwas there as a solo female traveller so I think the hotel might have some dodgy guests and wouldn’t go there again

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great.

The room was ridiculously small and cramped, nothing like the photos. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the bed, no closet just a couple of hooks. Bed was uncomfortable with miniature pillows, I would call them cushions. Would not stay again.

Central location. Delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choice of hot and cold food and drinks. Nice to see a good selection of fresh fruits too. Room was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Comfy beds. A small problem with a radiator not working was resolved in minutes so a big thumbs up.

Waliking distance to Linköping train station(5min) & Kinda Kanal (10min) Clean cosy room(except for 1st housekpg day; they forgot to make the bed) Cosy breakfast area with good food selection. Lovely reception and breakfast svc staff; (tk you Nitaya) Enjoyed the little touches of Fika at reception for guests (cookies, hot beverage, croissant in the PM, fruit) short bus ride (or walk 15min) to Stora Torget for shopping, food

My bed was not made during the 1st request for housekeeping.

The doors were quite thin and I could hear everything and everyone outside in the hallway. That was a bit disturbing during the night

Charged anyway even though the rooms were left as spotless as they were provided with no cleaning required!!!!

On the booking webpage it was indicated that the hotel has a family room, but this was not the case. Since we travelled with a small kid this was a reason for disappointment.

I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel the second night. They cancelled it but it was impossible to get bookings.com to respond to anything and still haven’t. I could not use the second night.

The fact upon check in they didn’t tell me about the code for the front doors and I was sitting outside in the cold for several hours as I couldn’t get in and the number didn’t work. Horrible experience.

Lot of traffic noise, internet kept cutting out, woke up with a silver bug in my bed...

Really good location for me as I was catching a bus the next morning form the train and bus station across the road.Nice and clean good breakfast and exceptional value for money.

Got a cosy, small quite room on the top floor that was fine for a single traveler like me, for a reasonable price that included a nice breakfast. All staff that I came inte contact with were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave me some very good parking tips on check-in, which I appreciated. Breakfast staff also kept everything very clean and well-stocked. Very pleased and will definitely come back to this hotel next time I’m In Linköping

The breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The room smelled like feet. There was a definite odor. The fan didn't work when plugged into the wall. I had to crack the window to get movement of air. This led to train noise thru the night.

Parking situation was badly described online. Breakfast wasn't great but at least it was included. Top floor room was a bit claustrophobic with windows only on the ceiling.

Some noise because it's directly on the street, but they have ear plugs in the rooms which was very nice.

The hotel is very close to the train/bus station, and a couple of minutes away from the centre so it's a pretty good position. It's close to a main road, so there may be some noise due to the traffic, but my room was on the last floor and I had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast was included and quite good, with good choices of sweet and savoury food.

The rooms on the last floor seem a bit impractical: the elevator doesn't reach the top floor, and the room windows can't be opened but only obscured. That was not an issue for me, though.
