The friendly breakfast staff, they were very helpful. The ladies working the reception.Great location.

The room wasn't cleaned, even with a 'clean my room' sign outside the door, I stayed there in the same room with my girlfriend for 4 extra days.I had to go and get our new towels and bedding and do it myself as it wasn't done my the staff.Wasn't a good service at all and was not happy.I asked to guy a reception to organise cleaning for out room and still nothing was done.

there was some kind of mechanical noise that disturbed our sleep at night and morning. it was not too loud but enough to ruin one’s sleep. otherwise, a great place, w beautiful interior and very helpful and friendly staff.

Second day stay was good, spacious room with some view.

First day stay was really bad, no view due to closed window, when asked for change room, they said no room was available and then the lady mentioned we cannot trust requests made on Booking.com

The location was perfect right at the town square where we could watch the Easter parade from our room. The breakfast was also very good and the beds super comfy

As central as it gets, superb breakfast buffet, spacious 24sqm room for our toddler to play.

Super room, great staff and breakfast, the set up of the bathroom meant everything got wet, the screen above the shower wasn't wide enough. Otherwise, a great stay, would stay again.

The hotel is in a very central location. There is parking available which is a bonus in a city centre. The rooms are comfortable although not very large.The breakfast is plentiful and varied.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Within walking distance to everything, shopping, restaurants, train station …

This is not our first stay. Some of the rooms are pretty small. This time we were upgraded to a larger, more spacious room

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable and there is a pub with many types of beers directly accessible from the hotel

The hotel is built a bit like a maze, confusing to find the room and not all accessible by elevator.Parking is a bit far as it is in a different building.

In the center of the city. Reception staff could recommend a Parking House near the Hotel, positive at it was snowing. High ceiling in the room, clean bathroom.

The window's dingy curtains were ripped off...not the best feeling ever..Drafty windows could maybe be fixed?

The rooms were nice and comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious.

The breakfast buffet could have had english names, or an indication whether the food is vegetarian or not.

I have stayed at the hotel many times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Linkoping. The room overlooking the square was fantastic and the location is perfect particularly when there is so much going on in the summer. The buffet breakfast was fine & the staff werefriendly and welcoming as always.

The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with quality toiletries, which was a big plus, The breakfast was wonderful and had good variety. The complimentary tea downstairs was a nice touch. We booked parking, which worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed to carry our bags down/up a flight of stairs, as the room was not on the same floor as the lifts.

Great location, absolutely wonderful breakfast, nice, spacious and clean rooms with large windows and light. Restaurants on site and the hotel is right on a square that’s filled with restaurants and people and it was lovely to be at the center of town with so much going on around. Close to shops, nightlife, the cathedral and the river walk. Easy check in and check out, well priced.

No available parking and although we had booked hotel 6 months in advance to attend a wedding, no notice had been sent by hotel during those months to book parking in advance. It would have been a classy gesture for hotel to pay for off-location parking as a service to guests. Sauna was broken during our stay unfortunately.
