Beautiful hotel and location.

The room had several silverfish in the suite. The jacuzzi look like it was falling apart since many parts were loose.Conditioner bottle was empty.

The bed was confortable. The staff was really friendly and accomodating! Overally speaking, a good experience!

Some amenities typical of a 4-star hotel are missing, such as a safe, an iron or room slipper

We received compensation for one night at another hotel including breakfast, but it doesn’t make up for what we had to experience.There was a large party taking place inside the hotel — something we were never informed about beforehand. When we arrived, we assumed the music would stop at a reasonable time. Instead, the base was so strong that items in our room were literally shaking. Placing a family with two children directly near such an event is simply unacceptable.The music was extremely loud, and I called the reception three times. Each time, we were told the music was off and that they didn’t know where the noise was coming from. This was not true. My husband eventually got out of bed to check and discovered that the staff had been dishonest.We were staying on the 2nd floor and needed to wake up at 6am because our son was competing in the Swedish Taekwondo Championship. We started calling at 9pm, yet it wasn’t until 23:30 — when my husband finally went down to the reception — that we were offered a room on the 5th floor.If the staff had been honest from the beginning and acted sooner, we would have been moved immediately and could have had a decent night’s sleep. It also took an unreasonable amount of time to even reach someone on the phone; I eventually had to call the restaurant instead of the reception.This was, without question, the most disappointing hotel stay we have ever had.

Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location feels very safe. One of the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel in Europe.

The bathroom had a bad smell when I first entered the room. Seemed unclean to begin with but the smell went away when I kept the bathroom door open for a while.

The decor is very nice and a lot of entertainment for the kids and adults.

the rooms were too standards and old fashion. Also when we were there were too many people, the breakfast was very confused.

Location

We arrived around 15:00 (so by the time check in starts) and hotel parking was already full. So we had to circle around looking for some options to park on the street (hotel staff was not really able to provide any advice on options). Breakfast was mediocre. Facilities are a bit too worn out for the price

No way to.change room temperature, very small, no phone in room

Imposible to sleep in the sofa bed! Awful mattress in a family room for 4 people with two 90cm beds, which made us sleep together and very tight.

Bathroom floor was little dirty..hair was there..like it wasn't vacuumed And there was no water cooker to make tea

The staff were excellent. The bartender made our evening more fun, the reception and staff were helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and spacious, their layouts really well done.

The bedsofa was a bit hard. The parking lot was cramped with small spaces.

The bedroom (on the ground floor) had a really bad soundproof... You might wake up early due to the noise from the reception and game area. I asked if it was possible to change rooms and they offered new rooms unless I paid an additional fee per day - not so friendly from them.

Very noisy. They began renovation 8 am in my corridor without giving information before. Even very noisy at night because the first floor window is at street level.

A very nice hotel, all in all a very clean hotel with nice hotel staff. It would also be a great choice for families. Only stayed for two nights but it seamed to be centrally located - yet quiet and good neighborhood. Was there on business so not sure about the towns main attractions.

Nothing worth complaining about.

The hotel has excellent staff, a wonderful breakfast (with great variety), and clean rooms. Shampoo and body wash is included. The experience is still as good as it was back in 2019, which is very impressive and commendable. The price was also quite reasonable.

The receptionist

They gave us a room which was dirty and then they changed it for another one which was also not cleaned and finally the receptionist was good enough to get us a sweet which was nice. It had sauna inside.

Smelly drains in the bathroom, temperature of the room was cold and quite a lot of street noise on the ground floor
