The location and staff were incredible.

Baby cot was too low, our baby did not like it. We prefer normal IKEA cot. But blankets were good.

We found no where to sit at breakfast. Spent 10 minutes looking for seats and then had to share table with a less willingy couple :(

Very strategic location near the station. Nice breakfast option, and due to peak occupancy they even open a 2nd area, although when we came there there aren't high chair for kids so we come back to the fuller main area. One of the meeting rooms also converted to playroom which is appreciated.

Bed is a bit on the too soft side of things (but this is personal). Some minor peeling in the room laminates, but not a big deal.

Not knowing anything about Linköping city, I booked the hotel with best rate approximately 3 km from the event at the university I was attending. Expensive parking and rowdy nightlife (hotel situated right between town and train/bus station so all of the noisy people had to pass outside at 2AM this Saturday night). Lesson learned - don’t stay downtown Linköping if you don’t have.

Our room seemed to have no soundproofing whatsoever. Buses thundered by outside our window every few minutes. Even worse, there was no soundproofing out to the corridor. We were awoken both nights by people having loud conversations while coming back to their rooms in the middle of the night - it sounded just like they were inside our room.

Very good for a short stay.I enjoyed the sauna, and breakfast was very good quality!!

My room didn't have a window looking outside and it was a bit dark, that's why I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.Breakfast was a bit crowded and chaotic, so people were taking my table and moving when I stood up to get more coffee before I had finished! There's this booking system, but I'm not sure whether it helps or not.

Had booked a Family Room - 2 adults, 2 children. On arrival, no beds made up for the children. Just a large heavy sofa bed. When I complained, I was told that we were expected to make them up ourselves. I pointed out I was 80 years old! They then immediately sent someone up to do it.Also, I was asked if I wanted to have the room cleaned during our 3 day stay! Apparently, some people don't! Surely it's a given to have a hotel room cleaned daily?

Friendly staff, good breakfast and easy parking.

We have been used to get certain level of quality in Scandic hotels. This was a dissappointment. Rooms need some refreshing. The was no cooling/ air condtioning in the whole hotel and that was a problem in July. Bed was too soft.

The reception staff were so kind. We had our flight home cancelled with little warning and needed lots of advice and information. The staff helped with anything we asked and made our one night stay so comfortable. Very grateful.

Location, great for kids - playroom, breakfast, mocktails, room with kitchenette! Totally worth it for a tired mum
