Yummy breakfast

Paid extra for room with extra bed when the extra bed was small and it barely fit in the room. Also all rooms have this extra bed.

Nice, stylish and new hotel, staff was very professional and pleasant, the bed was comfortable. Location was okay, room was quiet (no street noises inside or something like that)

Breakfast was rather with a small selection, the room was extremely small for a family room and our room also had a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom, so no noise insulation and no privacy.

Location was great as were the staff accommodating a late check out no problem. Made to feel very welcome from the moment I checked in to check out.

I liked mostly the location and the quality of the equipment

there could be some coffee in the room as there is already boiler and that’s a breakfast size also a lot of difficulty to get a proper espresso. We get to do the check-in was not very friendly.

Personals are supportive.

breakfast was lower than the average in Sweden.The place so called restaurant was not good as well.If you are young couple will not be comfortable from view point of tiolet.(Glassroom toilet :d)

Breakfast was ok, but a bit crowded. City center just around the corner.

Pay attention when booking the room, that some of the rooms really don't have any windows at all.

Clean comfortable rooms, very quiet. Good location. Excellent kitchen staff. Kind and cheerful cleaning staff.

Very unhelpful reception staff, ignored us on several occasions and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. When I asked to register the night on my best western membership one staff member went on a tirade about how gold members get more benefits that need to be earned. The experience left me very content with not being a frequent best western customer.

Clean room, good location, comfortable beds

Everything about there was awasome. We had a great time. Breakfast was more than adequate, and personnel were polite and helpful. The location is easily accessible, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.

There is nothing I can find. Nothing to dislike.

Air conditioning was strong and it was not possible to turn it off, although i tried to do as instructed

It was a very nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

Family room could have some more hangers or at least a second chair to hang clothes.

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the location excellent.

Clean and modern

The staff was so busy that they were just running around telling us to wait for check-in. There was a machine for that but you needed a code, which we never had received. The room was quite small. Breakfast was great otherwise but got the worst coffee I have tasted. Not a central location, but you can walk to the center easily.

The central location

- The very small room, too small for a family of two adults and two kids- The cold floor of the bathroom- The lamps and plugs which were not working in the room- The fact that our room was not cleaned/tied up the day after- The low flexibility in terms of breakfast time. We were told we could not have it at 7:00 since a big group booked it at 7:00, until 7:30 the breakfast was empty of people. Quite disappointed since with two kids one cannot time plan the breakfast on vacation

Location.

Staff member on arrival was emotionless and like a robot. Room was tiny and the bathroom was a box built of glass walls in the corner which afforded no privacy. The size of the room, however, brought the tv closer to the foot of the bed which is maybe a plus for some. No toilet paper in public toilet. Breakfast had a reasonable selection but of very low and cheap quality.

It was really lovely. The staff is super kind and the breakfast is excellent. The room is clean and pleasant and the location is very quiet.

I am short and didn't travel with much stuff, so the room size worked fine for me, but I think some rooms or beds may be too small if traveling with someone, you're big or tall, or have many things. There are different room size options, though, just keep in mind that the smallest size is SMALL.

The breakfast buffet had a vey good selection of items and varied from day to day. The food was very well prepared and presented, a credit to the cook, and the staff were very helpful if anything was needed. The sauna is a great attraction and pretty much open all day.

The bar was a bit expensive, airport prices.
