Clean with helpful staff.
Location was great - right along a long pedestrian street, near many tourist destinations, and only a few blocks from the Buquebus terminal. The staff was friendly, helpful, and both of the front desk personnel we met spoke English. Bed linens were fresh

Cons -

Paid parking was 2 blocks away and took 5 or 6 block drive to get there due to one way streets. Not a real nice location.
Window coverings had mildew stains and the floor could have been cleaner. It was winter and the room never really warmed up all the way. The bed was hard. I didn't like that I couldn't run the heater or bathroom without the key card plugged into the wall.
