Four Points Flex by Sheraton Koge

We could bring our cat even if I think you need to pay more then the extra it cost for cleaning.

The check in was not organized and the reception was closed it took us an extra 45 minutes. The renovation was not nice to walk through.

The location is good. It is close to Køge station. It is close to the bus stop.

Drainage in the shower room.

The rooms looked very good, great shower and the facilities were great.

The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. My back and neck were totally destroyed.

The lobby area was nice and located close to the train station

While upgrading some rooms ours was very dates, window didn’t close properly and toilet was stained and disgusting.

Convenient hotel near Copenhagen clean big rooms, would recommend!

Location is near train station/big road but it was quiet so we weren’t disturbed at night by any noise.

Support from staff, Hotel is in a phase of renovation and obviously there are difficulties and works in progress but staff is great and the common area is very nice in a great position for Koge port.

upon arrival outside of closing hours at 10pm the inner main door was locked but a notice told us to use a code that was sent to people arriving late ( which none of our group received) however there was a phone number to call and a button to press for help which took 15 minutes of calling to get a response to finally help us produce key cards etc and the button didnt work -

We stayed one night at the hotel and everything was great. The location was perfect for us and we were able to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

The water in the shower didn't drain very fast.

At this price range, my expectations were more than met. Great location - very close to city center. Even though the hotel is located next to a busy street, the windows blocked out the noice.

Good location, comfortable bed

Looks old and tired, but still very servicable.

It is a nice place. My room vas very clean and new. And the breakfast was very good.

The noise : * A car alarm rang each hour all night long.* A party was in the neighborhood* Trains were passing near the hotel

It was private and staff were helpful.

Close to Køge. Big room with a kitchen.

Good breakfast in lovely public area. Nice residential area over the railway worth a short walk

Room badly in need of refurbishment although clean and bed very comfortable Okay for stopover I assume they will be refurbishing

It is next to a rail line and there was industrial noise during the night and early morning.
